company (based in the Philippines) is still attempting to collect a $cancellation charge (supposedly from Iberia Airlines) although there was no legal booking made on 02DECTo avoid airline problems, I have cancelled the actual flight reservations with the IberiaJustFly will not admit that they made an error in issuing tickets on 02DECwhen they received no payment from me for those ticketsIberia Airlines files show that the tickets were paid for by JustFly by check, while JustFly claim that I paid JustFly by credit card, when there were no available funds in my account to pay for the ticketsJustFly refuses to cancel the tickets!Sincerely,Robert ***

As this one time courtesy we will refund the charge of 50.00$ for the cancellation that you and the other passenger was chargedPlease note the refund of 50.00$ will be back on to the original form of payment between 10-business days
When making future booking please be advised that there are rules our agency needs to follow by the airlines that would be stated on your ticket, beyond the hour period which is considered a void period some tickets are not refundable and some may occur penalty feesWithin the void period there are fees that are with our agency, these are written in our terms and conditions before confirming a new reservation.There is no further action we can provide, therefore we consider the file closed. As mentioned by our Customer Care Representative, we have reviewed your file and there was already a refund for a one time good will gesture.
The travel insurance is used when you have a medical situation or an accident that prevent you to fly, so
it doesn't work for voluntary reasonsIn case of a voluntarily cancel, you have hours to process a cancellation without any cost, and you get back the whole amount
For the other hours, you have to pay a fee of 75$ per passenger

Our Customer Care Representative has tried to reach out to you to discuss your complaint and as he was, he received some rude comments and a hang up of the call.
He advised you that the portion of your ticket was refunded and a portion was still open for use He was trying to
explain what we can do when you hung up and asked us not to phone back
