Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I did not use the tickets from May for August 17, I had to purchase additional tickets August with Aer Lingus in Delta Airlines in order to come back from England to Buffalo New York United States that was additional money that came out of my pocket to come back home just flying keeps on insisting that the new tickets that I purchased through the Airlines themselves was a part of my itinerary which I keep on trying to explain to them that I purchased these tickets separately from just fly and I should not had to purchase additional ticketsI just want my refund back for the additional tickets that I had to purchase in order to get back to AmericaSincerely,Tianni ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: They're not truthfulI received a much longer response through E-mail stating that I called within hrsof booking to ask about seating arrangements; not true; I called and requested a cancellation; I was told that because I purchased insurance, I had to file a claim and the flight would not be cancelled until the insurance company made a decision as to whether they would cover the cost. The agents I spoke with were obviously in a foreign country and spoke very broken English, therefore making my understanding of their policies very difficult. As I said before, I was not able to see the insurance company's inclusion or exclusionsIf you provide an E-mail address, I'll forward their response to you. being that I called within hrsof the booking, should have allowed me a refund. This is an unscrupulous company who has taken full advantage of my not understanding their agents who don't speak clearly. Sincerely,Cynthia ***

Our refund request was to JustFly, because We paid to JustFly not to Air Berlin and Siberia and it was JustFly mistake (JustFly didn’t do reservation correctly)If JustFly will not resolve this problem we know our rights and what to do next

As mentioned by our Customer Care Representative, we have reviewed your file and we are unable to offer you the refund or Future Travel you are looking forWe have verified with the airline and they consider the ticket as a No-show which means that
there is no value in this ticket any longerAs you mention, they refused a refund, we are unable to override this.

Tickers on Flights from SFO to DUS *** and from DUS to Munich *** operate by Air berlin were reserved , but tickets From Munich to Moscow Flight * *** operated By Siberia Arline were not reserved and we were told by Siberia Airline representative (her name is ***) if we will by additional $EUR per person to get om the nest available flight
