No refund has been received. This company is acting completely in the wrong by stating that we agreed to anything. They must take further action in accordance with my original complaint. What has been received is the $fee however outstanding is still the cost of the ticket I purchased due to their failure to book properly. The amount is $still due to be refunded. The purchased on 30SEPfares are private discounted South African Airways fares which, in the event of an exchange request, permit to be combined only with other private discounted faresOn 27NOV17, when the date change was requested, no such private discounted fares were available already, making it not possible to even quote a date change cost. As mentioned by our Customer Care Representative, according to the South African Airways fare rules for this ticket - the ticket is non-refundable.
With the above being explained, unfortunately, no date change or refund is possiblePlease understand that this is not something we can do by deliberately cheating the airline and must abide to their fare rulesAs well, we understand that certain arrangements may have been done already for the newly planned departure on 23DEC17, however we cannot be held liable under these conditions due to the fact that the customer was notified on 27NOVthat the date change request cannot be guaranteed

As discussed with our Customer Care Representative, there is a hour cancellation rule as per our terms and conditions We have attempted with the airline to get a waiver to refund this ticket to
no avail
If you still wish to cancel your ticket, it is non refundable but it is applicable for future travel creditWe will waive the JustFly cancellation fee of $Ticket remains open for one year (until October 14, 2017) which means you have to book a new flight before then However, there is a United change fee of $per person that is charged at the time of booking a new ticket
No changes has been made yet to the booking until we hear back from youYou would need to cancel before the departure date if wishing to utilize the future travel credit.
There is no action required on our part, so we consider this file resolved on our end

I finally received the payment that was negotiated. Justfly*** has been a very difficult company to work with. It has now taken me over weeks for them to correct their mistake that has been verified from the very beginning. I thank the Revdex.com as I do not believe that Justfly*** would have ever settled had I not contacted Revdex.com. Even with that it took a few contacts from the Revdex.com to get the company to refund what they owed and finally get a check in the mail. Thank you, Debra ***

As discussed with our customer care representative, we have reviewed the file and apologize for the inconvenienceAs previously explained, we could not have re-issued the new tickets for the new travel dates due to the Alaska Airlines and Virgin America
mergerBoth airlines were contacted today and the information was re-confirmed.
We, justfly, are required under these conditions to follow the below steps:
- create a new booking for the new dates with an Alaska Airlines itinerary
- contact the supplier and airlines for a quotation of the applicable fare difference taking into the account the existing credit amount of USDminus the airline change fee of USDper ticket
- issue the ticket within the new reservation once it is approved by the client (full price will apply)
- refund the old booking amount once it is approved by the supplier (amount will be credited back to the original form of payment within the next billing cycles)
The client was asked to kindly confirm if the previously requested travel dates (20MAR17-26MAR17) are still considered
On the contrary, if as the customer has mentioned over the phone with one of our agents, the claim has been escalated to their legal representative, to kindly reply with the lawyer's contact information so that our legal team can contact him/her asap

Once again we do apologize for this inconvenience this has on your pocket but we are not able to provide you what you are requestingNot certain is or why the airline provided you with that option but the credit you have it locked in as a Travel credit and we cannot touch it unless to book a new ticket.
