They did try and charge me $on my VISA for a seat assignment fee, which I disputed and have been reimbursed for. I alredy had a seat assignment

correct and the applicable fees are mentioned in our terms&conditions:
"For U.Sbookings, even if your ticket is nonrefundable:Within hours of purchase, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund, subject to our cancellation fees."

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is generally satisfactory Just fly allowed me to change my ticket class and pay the difference of $total in order to obtain an airfare class that includes checked bag each I am satisfied with how this was handles and I have called the airline and they confirmed the luggage is now included On the issue of the seat assignment which was promised upon booking, I was told that this was taken care of and sent to the airline but the airline continues to insist that this is for preference purposes only and that seat assignments are not included with my reservation since Justfly did not pay for seat assignments therefore even though assignments are advertised as guaranteed they are not in fact included This part of the complaint continues unsolved But in all honestly I am fine just closing the complaint since the largest area of concern was addressed.
I just want to take a moment to thank the Revdex.com for this assistance with this whole ordeal If it wouldn't have been for you guys I would have kept being tossed around and this would have never been resolved Thank you very very much for all your helpI have never before filed a complaint with Revdex.com and I am beyond impressed with how efficiently and professionally everything was handled on your side.

Upon reviewing your booking, this was a voided ticketIn this case, it would not be a refunded amount on your card, rather a transaction was reversedThe amount should have appeared as an authorization amount and since the void happened shortly
thereafter, it would have disappeared within the same day depending on your bank. There should not be any actual charge of that amount on your cardPlease verify your statements and if by chance you do see this, send us the statement.
I have resent you by email the cancellation email so you may go in Manage My Bookings and see the receipt of the voided amounts.
There is no further action we can provide, therefore we consider the file closed.

As mentioned by our Customer Care Representative, we have reviewed your booking and yes the
cancellation fees are stated in our Terms and Conditions as seen below. These terms are agreed on when confirming your booking
We have refunded one of the cancellation fees of 150.00$ back in January. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cancellation fee for the other passengers
Please feel free to contact our customer service if you still want to use your future credit, they will be more than happy to assist you

Our Customer Care Representative has attempted to reach you by phone and has sent an email as well with no response.
She has attempted to get a refund but the ticket is non-refundableThere could be a Future Travel Credit valid until the 18octThe total amount of 261.41$ per
travelerUpon use of the credit the airline will have a 135.00$ penalty.We are willing to waive the Justfly fees for the cancellation as a good will gesture.
