However I am still concerned that JustFly did not make their diligent efforts to work with Austrian Air regarding the name correctionThere was still nearly four month before the flight, in four month, JustFly could have worked with both myself and Austrian Air to resolve the name correction so that my child and I could still take our trip

The ticket however, is valid for the future travel creditTo use this credit there is
the airline penalty and the fare difference that will be applied. The ticket is valid until before October to travel and to use ( you must travel and return before October 2018)

Dear Revdex.com,
I just called your office to provide an update on the below complaintThe business agreed to refund me the fare difference (between what I agreed to pay online and what my credit card was charged) for the second time but again failed to deliver the actual paymentIt has now been more than the time period they promised this second refund byI even closed my original credit card dispute the first time they promised a refund (in November) only to find that they never actually issued the refund
I sincerely believe that this constitute fraud and that they are getting business by advertising airfares that don’t exist, then when people complain they’re promising refunds and not deliveringI would appreciate someone following up and flagging this business for fraud if they do not correct these practices
