I have not received my refund from Justfly yetI spoke to a representative just today, who told me the refund has been processed as a credit to my American Express card, and it will take another one or two billing cycles to show up on my accountOnce I receive this credit I will consider the matter closedThank you

Once again, we are still awaiting a response from the airline concerning the seat feesWe are not able to refund this portion on our end as it is within their control.

As previously mentioned in your comment review, we have verified your bookingAll details are provided including carrier and aircraft before confirming the reservationReservation was operated by Delta but still validating carrier is under VS
Regarding the funds, the tickets were voided therefore the amount will fall back within to business days on the same card
