I purchased the ticket from justfly.com and no party is ready to accept any responsibility , neither the airlines nor the travel agency. In the end, we are the ones, who had to go through this ordeal, with a $hole in our family budget. And there was no mistake on our part. We did, all we could to make sure, we are able to take the flight offered by justfly.com in the reservation.

I have received couple of emails from Justfly*** customer service person stating that they will not honor my request of full refund. They are claiming that they have the documentation that proves that I confirmed July 20th date. I deeply concerned about their business practice, attitude, and indifference. I know that I have selected the correct return date online to be June 20th not July 20th
Could you advise if there are further action that Revdex.com could take on this? If not I would like to report them to Attorney General’s office as I feel that I have been frauded

One of our Customer Care Representatives has reviewed your booking and unfortunately, your ticket is not exchangeable or refundableOur phone agent mentioned that to void your reservation we would have to charge a 75$ fee
Furthermore, this is all mentioned in our terms and conditions and when you completed the transaction you automatically agree to those guidelines.
For this reason, we are unable to offer the refund you are requesting and consider the file closed
