Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My online car rental reservation was incorrectly booked 100%It didn't collaborate with my flight arrival at all The car/ rental company [redacted] ) you assigned me with, had absolutley zero compassion or concern They wouldn't make any attempt in helping me find a rental for my day vacation As a result I had to pay for a car rental that had been incorrectly scheduled, unknowingly cancelled and there I was, at a loss, in Miami, with friends and days of vacation- without a car reserved, and no one is even trying to help my situation Based on the dozens of other complaints, it is a shame that you are still in businessYour cheap prices reflect on the cheap/ terrible customer service that is provided "you get what you pay for' "if its too good to be true, it probably is" Totally disgusted with Justfly [redacted] and their handling of my situationSincerely,Becky [redacted]
