Good day, Thank you for your message and feedback As mentioned by our Customer Care Representative, we have reviewed your file and can see that you had purchased the Extended Cancellation Policy (ECP) With regards to the ECP coverage, this product is outlined in the Justfly terms and conditions, under paragraph prices and states:You may choose to oto our Extended Cancellation Policy, for $per passenger, which will allow you to cancel up to a full hours after purchase without subjecting you to our standard administrative cancellation fees.As you booked your flights on the 31st of December at 4:22pm, you had until the 1st of January at 4:22pm to cancel without any penaltyUnfortunately as it is past this void period, we are bound by the airline rules of the airfare and cannot cancel this ticket without penalty.We apologize for this inconvenience but we are unable to offer the reimbursement you are requesting and consider the file closed Best regards, Customer Care Team

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The proposed solution given by the company is illogical; they have offered no useful solutionI wish to have a refund of $136.60, the amount of the improper booking and they have said they will basically "allow" me to pay $dollars in addition to any price change to a correct flightI find this highly insulting.Sincerely, [redacted]

We would like to first apologize for the inconveniences regarding the issues you have encountered in this situation As mentioned by our Customer care Representative, while investigating the file, we could not reissue the ticket without Avianca's authorizationWe sought Avianca's assistance in re-protecting the flights The airline Avianca has confirmed flights and reissued the ticket for you due to the schedule change and took control of the ticketIn this situation, any further changes needs to be made by Avianca directly As far as the fees for cancelling or making change goes, we have not charged any fees There is no further action we can provide, therefore we consider the file closed Best regards, Customer Care Team

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They are asking me to pay them full price for new Alaska Air tickets, and they will refund my money within 60-days I know they are lieing as I've spoken to Alaska Air Reservations supervisor, and Virgin Air Reservations Supervisor, both have informed me all Justfly has to do is easily convert the Virgin Air credit to Alaska Air and book the tickets They said JustFly knows how to do this as they've already booked one of the three tickets on Alaska Air I refuse to send this company one more penny of my money If they are unwilling to book the other two tickets with Alaska Air, then I want my full refund and I will book with Alaska on my own They have blocked me from using any other Airlines through them for our tickets, so its up to them to either book the remaining two tickets, or give me my money back By the way, I have never told anyone at JustFly [redacted] I have an attorney working on this situation This is another lieI have enough credit with them to cover all tickets and the re-booking fee, but the longer they wait to accomplish this, the more the rates rise They know this Again, either they book the other two tickets with Alaska Air on the same flight and date and the one they already booked, or refund all my money.Sandra [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: there was no resolutionThey said someone was reviewing the case and would get back to me I have additional information I wanted to supplyAfter I filed my complaint I spoke with United Airlines, the carrier I was supposed to be flying onThey told me that what JustFly.com did to me is NOT their policy Becky at United told me Never heard of the site JustFly.com She could re-open my ticket However, JustFly.com told me they could not do anything because they already issued me a credit - please note I contacted them within hours Becky from United said the ticket was not even issued by UnitedShe said it was a bulk ticketBecky said she has Downtown Travel at phone number [redacted] listed as the agentUnited Airlines told me they believed I was being taken advantage of and that I should file a formal complaint with the Revdex.com against JustFly.comI repeat, United Airlines advised me to file a complaint with the Revdex.com If UNITED is saying this is not in-line with their policies and that I should file a complaint with you, the Revdex.com...that should say something I have already forfeited my ticket and made clear to the company I cannot travel the same routeTheir story changed every time I called and spoke to someone new .They offered NO cancellation option and their "credit" made no mention of having to fly the same routeAs a matter of fact, it said "you can book with partners"There was also zero reference on their screen that we have to call to cancel I stand firm in wanting my $backI already lost the airfaire and flight Sincerely,Katherine [redacted]

They contacted me and concluded they would only reimburse me $I accepted this but I would like them to still be under complaint because no matter what they are claiming, they messed up my booking, whether it was computer error or representativeThey are a deceitful company and should not be allowed to continue manipulating money from peopleIf there is anything else you can do for me I would appreciate it but thank you for your efforts [redacted]
