Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The statement provided by the company is incorrectThey stated: These suggested dates are usually highlighted for easy viewing The 'highlighting' you speak of is an update made to the website after I filed this complaintWith that being said, it is still not enough to 'highlight' something in a very subtle color to differentiate between what the actual search was seekingThere should be LARGE font advising 'ALTERNATE DATES ARE LESS EXPENSIVE' or an option on the initial input page to allow the user to choose alternate dates to show up in their search resultsThere is ALOT of info provided to the consumer both on the results page AND on the verification pageIf the fact that alternate dates were being provided is not clearly made known to the user, they have no reason to expect that what they are viewing is different than what they were actually seeking I am not asking for a refund that ultimately comes out of the airline's pocketbookA refund from Justfly.com will not break any contract with the airline, as no interaction with the airline is needed to own up to your marketing mistake and issue a check that comes out of YOUR pocketbook, (not the airline's pocketbook.) I will not be in the country on the date of the flight that was actually booked, and would have not ever booked the ticket, if I had understood when it was for I expect a full refund from Justfly.com even if they are the ones that swallow the cost Sincerely, [redacted] ***

However, from our part, we are able to refund the modification fees which we have done already. This amount was put... back on the card that was used at time of booking. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to their corporate representative today She was polite but simply reiterated that their previous position that they are a travel agency and prices are constantly changing This is highly suspect, not only because of the numerous other similar complaints but because their competitors don't seem to have this kind of problem It also does not address or respond to what I conveyed in the original complaint Namely, when I tried to book the system generated a message that said the price was no longer available and offered me different and more expensive fares When I did a further search for available fares I got a pop up to call in for a fare (listed on the screen) but the agent was not able to book that fare and was again offering different/more expensive fares I even refreshed the page while on the phone with the agent When I asked the agent why I was getting this screen but he was not able to book the fare advertised and listed he hung up on me The corporate representative also did not explain this very very poor service Sadly that is probably because she did not have an explanation I did make alternate plans so my complaint here is made as documentation and a warning to others IN MY EXPERIENCE AND OPTION THIS COMPANY IS USING BAIT AND SWITCH SCHEMES AND SCAMS They have terrible reviews and tons of complaints that mimic this conclusion and law enforcement really needs to investigate.Sincerely,Jose ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The issue was not resolved and it got to the point that it was no longer possible to resolve it I was never contacted as promised when my son's change of ticket was approved Every time I called to check, the price of the ticket went up By the last time I called the company, the price to change my son's ticket was $ No one bothered to call me from the company to let me know that they finally did had "approval" to change my son's ticket I had to call them back twice to find the result When I was given the price of $1300, I requested to talk to a complain office, a costumer conflict resolution office, what ever the company has for similar situations I was assure by a supervisor on the line, (this was around one o clock the weekend after memorial day weekend) that someone would return my call In fact, the supervisor assured me that she would call me back by five that day to check whether the "complain" office contacted me It is now June 16th and I am still waiting for that call What eventually happened is that all the economy tickets were sold out and there was no way for my year old son to travel with my relatives which is what I was trying to do Instead, I am now traveling with him on our original dates and my year old daughter will fly as an unaccompanied minor As a result, her ticker is now even more expensive and stressful Oh, and I paid $dollars (no my mistake, I was given a discount of FIVE dollars as an insult on top of everything) for the "service" that I was provided with in order to do this change, in addition to the ticket price difference The bottom line is this I travel a lot, every year with multiple family members This is the first time that I use justfly.com I can assure you that it will be the last To not even have the decency to return a call to a customer is simply unacceptable for a successful business This one is shady at best I will hold my breath until all three of us are sitting in that plane with valid tickets Sincerely, [redacted] ***
