Upon verification, we can confirm that the booking cancellation was done online by the passenger on our... self-serve portal and the customer consented to the charges of 3 x $75.00 ($75.00 Justfly cancellation fee per person). As we understand the frustration that this has caused you, the review page before confirming a booking is there to ensure all information entered is correct and as a matter of fact the full flight details were well displayed on the review page before the payment was submitted. The cancellation fee policy is described in the terms and conditions and customer has agreed upon the below: "Within 24 hours of purchase, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund, subject to our cancellation fees.You may choose to opt-in to our Extended Cancellation Policy, for $19.99 per passenger, which will allow you to cancel up to a full 24 hours after purchase without subjecting you to our standard administrative cancellation fees." After numerous communications with JustFly, I contacted my bank, Chase, to report the incorrect charges and they reversed the charge that JustFly made on 08/12/while they investigated the issue and on 12/02/2017, they sent me a message at the conclusion of their investigation where they found that JustFly did not charge my account correctly and they made the temporary reversal permanentThis proves that JustFly was incorrect in charging my account

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I paid a fee to united of to rebookI am asking just fly to refund the fee they charged me to cancel the origional reservation bc their assiciate guaranreed me the cancel fee would be covered by the insurance the agent pushed for me to buy I will also file a complaint with the FAA regarding just fly’s selling practices and undisclosed fees that are extremely high Sincerely,Elden [redacted]
