Sorry for the negative experienceWe just had a look at your account and we cannot identify the transaction in questionBonanza does not input your PayPal email address, nor does a buyerThe PayPal address you input on your profile is the address that the shopper sends the paymentIf you review
your seller settings, that is where you can double check the PayPal email address you have entered
If you can let us know the transaction ID then we can remove the sale for you (if you are not able to on Bonanza)You are obviously a very educated and professional seller so the last thing we would want is to make our platform difficult for youThank you for giving us an opportunity to correct things

payment reminders and our seller fees team sends out two personal reminders prior to the account being suspendedThe $reinstatement fee helps offset the resources we direct to collect the overdue balance

Notice how they addressed the issue by not owning up to the fact there was a message on my account in September stating that advertising was suspended until I added a credit card to my accountSince this isn't the first time they've acted unscrupulously I ignored thatLet me explain advertisingThey offer to advertise on places like *** shopping, bing and other sitesA premium of 16% is charged when you select the maximum commission amountI had my account set to this and always paid my billThe base commission is 3.5% with no advertisingSince they indicated to me that they were no longer advertising for me the commission should be 3.5% not 16%There weren't very many sales despite my store having items or more so I doubt my items were being advertised during peak timeI recall many sales were the result of customers looking for something that all other sellers had stopped selling because of availabilitySo traffic was minimalFor example I had more traffic and sales on my other site despite no advertising on ***, bing etcI want a response from them regarding the message on my account that indicated advertising of my items/store had ceasedSo far through emails they ignore this very factI did log on my account too much but each time I did there was the messageBased upon their response so far I believe they need to be investigated for fraudI'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced this and will seek out others on social media and certainly go after this joke of a company on their own social media pages.
