The Bonanza community is designed to bring buyers and sellers together Ultimately the transaction will be between you and the seller and also whichever company you used to checkout (PayPal or Amazon
Checkout) Bonanza basically provides a platform for buyers and sellers to transact Bonanza does not accept payments for items, instead, buyers pay the seller directly So financially speaking, we have no hands in the financial part That means that we cannot issue refunds or anything like that
What we can do is remove bad sellers from our community If you have a seller that is not living up to their side of the agreement then we would highly recommend that you leave feedback regarding your experience (if you need help doing this let us know)That way other buyers will be aware of the sellers shortcomings Bonanza will also remove a sellers booth if the seller does not respond to inquiries, fails to live up to their side of the bargain, or if they are just not a good seller We do not want sellers like that in our community so please do tell if you believe this seller should not be on our site. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have spent TWO HOURS of my time with Paypal last night disputing the chargesI want to make sure that the person selling the items that I had tried to purchase is entirely off of the siteWe have a friend who we also told about the tree stands, order one as wellHe has not received eitherHe is looking into where it is this evening, and will proceed on his own behalfWhat a headache for buyers!This seller should be arrested! Looking at the feedback response now, (and there wasn't as much feedback about the seller when I first bought), he should not be able to take advantage of any other people
From what Paypal had mentioned, because I used a debit card to pay with, (Although Bonanza only offers payment through Paypal and Amazonwhich I was entirely unaware), this company had taken my payment and processed it themselves into a PaypalThe only way to get Paypal to approve a refund, was to go into my checking account, and search, along with my Bonanza accountThe gentleman I talked to said it was very hard to locate because of the way it was processedTotally unethical, and hard to trackAlso, I will not approve until my full money is returned.Sincerely,*** ***

This claim was made by me because this company does not respond to consumers or merchantsIt is evident that this happens to many customers/clients after reading complaintsI have always loved Bonanza and promoted them but not anymoreNow they are upset with me filing this complaint here and with *** knowing that they never responded to my emails over a week to confirm receipt of my seller fees pymt and reinstate my acctAfter filing this, they can easily see that I have been ignored and should have been apologized to but they are twisting the situation around against me with other ideas to punish me to not reinstate my acctThey claim to be inviting as alternative to *** but they are just like them or worseOn *** everyone uses *** stock pics without penaltyI am an established, experienced *** seller on bonanza/*** and if they treat me like this then it is due time that everyone will get burned by bonanza sooner or laterTheir lack of policy details, technical glitches, customer service speed, and unapologetic attitude will contribute to their decline in this marketplaceI thought they would be good competition against *** but they clearly can't handle this business wellThey don't want to swallow their pride to admit their wrongdoing and do right thingThey lost a good customer and merchant as they surely can see by my statsIt is their loss and my loss too as I really would have liked to still deal with bonanza.
