The customer was offered a system move many months ago. The old owners would not give them the equipment back so we offered to put ion new equipment at new home at cost and teh customer declined. They have options at this point. They may pay the 90% prepayment buyout as stated in
the contract or pay back balance and buy new equipment and continue contract until fruition. None of this will be done without cost to the customer

Account has been closed as of July 8th, with no further billing due

we offered to cancel his acct out as long he was current and had no existing balance that was the offer and hope that he would accept thank youany further questions please call sal at ext ***

I have spoken to *** and we will be replacing the door lock, and crediting the account for its downtime

I am rejecting this response because:I recently filed a complaint that the Revdex.com took upon itself to consider resolved regarding complaint # ***I have yet to received a letter in writing from Safe Home Security that my service has been cancelled and I own nothingI was totally surprised to search and find that the Revdex.com considered this resolvedNow today, I receive in the mail, a bill for the total of $because these people refuse to cancel my service and have failed to let the billing department know of thisI will not pay this, I refuse to pay this and I consider myself having no service from this companyNow this is falling into the realm of harassment considering how many times I've tried to talk to these peopleIf the Revdex.com considers the very flimsy response from MrColin Walsh, Corporate Account Manager of Safe Home Security as all I need to be satisfied, I'm disappointedAll I want is a written statement on their letterhead that my account has been cancelled and I owe nothingI fear the response he gave will not stand up in court or prevent me from now being turned into collections for not paying for service after I cancelled the serviceAny charges billed to me are fraudulent beyond May 24,

The issue is that the customers contract was purchased from another vendor. As such it contains different terms than the majority of our clients. You may indeed cancel now on days notice as your contract states. The $invoice fee for quarterly billing can be credited for you at
your request. This cannot be set up to be automated. As a client you could go on monthly debit which carries no fee so that this inconvenience does not occurr for you. At this time we have credited all appropriate items up through June and you actually have a $credit for the July quarter already. We have also asked that a credit update be submitted if indeed it was necessary

After months of agony, frustration and merry-go- round experience, finally I got what I wanted and the problem is resolved amicably.
