The main Part of my complaint was they dinged my credit history for reasons that were of their own fault (failure to service their product).Part of the agreement to settle was they were to send a note to the credit reporting services that my account had always been in good standing.I recently requested my free credit report and I see that I'm still showing that I have delinquent payments of up to days on the report.This is failure to comply with the agreed upon settlement.When I called Safe Home to talk to [redacted] (the account resolutions manager I was told to deal with exclusively)I don't get thru and never get a return phone call to resolve my concerns.I would like to follow up on the lack of clearance of my credit blemishes.Thanking you in advance, [redacted]

.This complaint was assigned to Safe Home Security Inc.It was brought to our attention that [redacted] has filed a complaint against Safe Home Security Inc because she was having issues with her alarm system.Last week, I spoke with the customer and told her that I would assist her I reached out to the technician to try to coordinate service for her but the technician required an additional travel charge for the trip in which I needed to be approved by dispatch The customer called in on Friday 7/when I was off but unfortunately no one in the office informed her that I was working on her service appointment I received this complaint and have already ordered a needed part and got approval for the added travel charge The technician will be contacting the customer to coordinate a day and time and I will be crediting the customer’s account for service issues Greg ###-###-#### ext*** Gregory M [redacted] Customer Service Manager Safe Home SecurityMiddle St.Middletown, CT06457###-###-#### [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I called early enough to cancel so that I would not be charged for January either, however, I was told that I could not request to cancel the service until after my contract was overOn separate occasions I was given misleading information by the staffOnly in the third call did I speak with someone who agreed that my account can be cancelled because the contract is doneOn both of the previous calls I was lied toThe first person refused to cancel the service and said I called too early, I decided on my own to send the email anywayOn the second call the representative told me I had to call days prior to the end of my contract so now I am required to pay for February and MarchDuring this call I was also told that there is not a corporate of that I could contactThe caller identified themselves as KaylenShe said if I read my contract I should know it takes 60days notice to cancel even on a month to monthI should be reimbursed for both February and March because I called with enough time to avoid those charges, however the staff advised me that I had to wait before requesting cancellationKaylen said the rep before her had given me the wrong information but for now I would have to pay for February as well as March Sincerely, [redacted] ***

After review of the account it has been determined that there was communication regarding cancelation on the account and we will terminate the account once account is brought current. We will not hold to contract renewal in this particular case due to customer verbally stating they were... thinking about canceling the whole thing. Not sure where the disconnect was here but we do see service was scheduled about times in months and for some reason was never completed We will cancel the account without further obligation We will also delete any credit tradeline associated with this client Please allow days for the process to complete and ignore any correspondence recieved in the meantime After closure neither party has any further obligation to the other
