To Whom It May Concern,The consumer has made several accusations against the company but has been unable to substantiate such claimsAgain, the company sympathizes with the consumer's situation and has offered a more than fair resolutionConsumer's cannot expect the company to be held liable for our end of the contract, but not be liable for their end of the contractThe consumer than turns around and bad mouth's the company because we will not release them from the legally binding agreement, which is a completely unfair business relationship as the company has done everything in it's power to assist this consumer and continues to uphold our end of the agreementWe will again offer the customer a free re-training of the alarm system and free inspection of all equipment and parts to ensure proper communication with the monitoring stationIf the customer chooses not to accept that the company will offer the customer a 90% buyout of the current agreement(normally only applicable for sale of home, death, and transfers)We have no further findings on this matter and we ask that The Revdex.com close this complaint as resolvedSincerely,Colin W***Corporate Account ManagerSafe Home Security

We acquired this account from [redacted] in April Monitoring was continued at that point I'm not sure why teh customer never was aware as we sent acquisition letter to them At any rate we will cancel the account and any obligations to it Please allow days for the process to complete and ignore any correspondence recieved prior to that point Once closed neither party has any further obligation to the other

Customer called in for service and did not get good customer service in a timely mannerThe people involved have been handled and the service was completed and customer sent in a nice compliment letter for one our customer service reps , who was awarded a gift certificateAny future questions or concerns can be sent to [redacted] at [redacted] ext ***
The account had already been cancelled. We will have [redacted] and [redacted] updated to reflect paid never late. Plesae allow 30 days for changes to take place. There are no further obligation of either party going forward.
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because again the company's response does nothing to redress the impact of their erroneous report to credit collection companies claiming that I owed their company money Their response states that they submitted a deletion, but that only admits that I do not owe them any outstanding balance My point is that I never owed them an outstanding balance and now my credit history looks like I did I should not be penalized for their mistake Writing to the credit companies won't cost them any money beyond the time it will take to send the letter and writing to correct their mistake is the right thing to do I stand by my request that they let any credit collection company know they made a mistake and my credit history should be cleared Sincerely, [redacted]
The customer has not made a payment since September of 2014. If the customer is willing to pay to the current date of July 31st, which would be $399.90, we will close the account as these are services that have been rendered and paid for by the company. As far as we are concerned we assume we report correctly If you have something to dispute you need to submit to the bureaus what your dispute is A closed account does not necessarily mean it was paid on time while open You need to clarify as so far you cited a bureau we don't report to in your original complaint and are saying your account was closed which is not necessarily relevant to the process The bureaus with specifics are your resource for disputes
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In May of we tried to have our alarm system upgraded to a cellular card so that we could have our primary land line disconnectedThis resulted in our not having alarm services until October of and we just received a collection notice without having even been billedThe details are as follows: In May we tried to have our alarm service upgradedIt took us a month to receive the part then when it was installed it caused the main panel to stop workingWe finally had to work with a supervisor after a Revdex.com complaint was filed to begin to get service backIt took until September of for us to finally get the service restored leaving my family in jeopardy that whole timeThe entire process was a comedy of errors even to the point that the installer said we should get away from this companyIn the process we dealt with Christopher H [redacted] and we were told that we would be given a new upgraded alarm panel free of charge that installation would be included and that we would be credited with months of free serviceIt ended up that once the new alarm panel was installed the cellular card that was sent to us didn't work and we had to wait another month for a new card and installationFinally in mid October we received the correct cellular card and it was installed and we had service againWe have never received a billIn December we received a collections letter stating that we owed them over $and that the account was past dueAfter talking with Faye in collections (Honestly the only person who answers her phone and has tried to help) I was told that I needed to contact Christopher H [redacted] again because he would have to take care of the credits needed on our accountShe connected me and as always I had to leave a message for MrH***I never received a call back or any corospondance until today when we received another collections noticeOne again all we have been able to get from Safe Home Security is a run around of voice mails with the exception of FayeWe have no desire to try and cheat anyone out of money we owe but we don't believe we owe anythingWe still haven't been provide with any documentation that would lead us to believe that we owe anythingI have some e-mail correspondence that I will be more than happy to shareAll of the correspondence is one way since they seem to not want to communicate, however they never disputed the statements I made in response to our conversationsIt's difficult to describe a desired outcome when you don't know what the issues really areFrom the information we have, we want the credit we were promised, any charges for the equipment that we were told would be installed free of charge removed and a detailed invoice of any other supposed charges that are dueAfter the account is reconciled we would request that SHS release us from our contract so that we can find a company that will supply the protection we need in a timely manner allowing us to feel safe Sincerely, [redacted]
