Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I spent over an hour with one of their reps and they do not offer a remote garage controller, a doorbell camera, indoor cameras, or the ability to listen into the house when the alarm goes off (these are just a few of the things that I want that safe home security does not offer) They did offer flood, heat, and cold sensors, but at an additional costSame with wireless monitoring, but at a MUCH greater cost than other competitors and without all of the additional feautures I would be receiving aboveMy feeling is safe home security is antiquated, cannot provide the cutting edge technology that I am looking for, and is essentially keeping me prisoner in a contract in which should be month to month since we've been with them for five yearsI am happy to pay a one-time reasonable separation fee if that's what it takes, I'm not sure why they would want to keep a unhappy customer for yearsMoreover, even though they came out to disconnect me for my house remodel, they have been charging my credit card with zero service provided for the past three months Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The client has a month agreement It is on both the contract and the installation certfificate Both forms were provided to teh client at install over years ago The client has a 90% buyout provision within the contract Consider this the official amount owed to cancel (months x $x 90%) = $

In accordance with the terms of the agreement this account is scheduled to expire on February 11, Safe Home Security offered to upgrade this customer's system at no additional costThe customer declined the offer and the account shall remain open until the end of the agreement

The customer signed a year renewal in They stopped paying in We do have resolutions available such as paying a 90% buyout to term or payment arrangements for back balance I wan't to clarify that the desired settlement is for us to cease contact and service and send the customer to a 3rd party debt collector for the balance owed ? Please confirm that this is what you are requesting ?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I did receive a call from Christoper H [redacted] (which approved the disc with no fee) on this morning and was advised that because he was notified that I contacted the Revdex.com he would now need to speak with upper management to see if the initial offer he made to cancel the service with no contract extension or fees will standHe placed me on hold and returned to the phone and advised that the offer no longer stands and that the only way that we are now able to get out of the contract is one of three:1) Buyout the contract $5402) Sell the home and pay the monthly cost until they receive creditable proof the home has been sold or 3) My mothers death/placed in Hospice care, continue to pay the bill until they receive creditable proof of eitherExplained to Christopher if I had simply been able to get confirmation that my email was received then I would have had no reason to contact the Revdex.comHowever it was not until yesterday, 4/that I was able to speak with Chasidy who advised that the email she previously gave me was her personal email [email protected] and the email actually needed to go to the customer care team at [redacted] regarding the disconnectI requested to speak with "upper management" and asked who he had spoke with and was advised that he was management and I wouldn't be speaking with anyone elseI explained again to Christopher this years ago that we go the free installation and had I been told in January when I spoke with Jasmine regarding the contract expiration date and cancellation the days notice for cancel then I would have done thatHad I even gotten the correct email address to send the disconnect notice that was requested and to sent Chasidy directly I would have sent it there the 1st timeAgain requested management after going back and forth for approx mins minutes was told he was the manager, I wouldn't be talking to anyone else, advised me to have a better day and hung upCalled back to Safe Home Security and left a message for MrAl who I was advised by MrP [redacted] is the CEO of Safe Home Security and the issues that I am having with MrH [redacted] and his service or lack there of MrP [redacted] was able to confirm that there are notes "all of the account"Hopefully, MrAL contacts me directly because this is the type of service that I do not needI have attached all documents from Jan through my recent contacts with Safe Home SecuritySo I have done as requested to get the service disconnect with no contract extension even though the initial contract does not end until 4/28/and without fees as promised by Christopher but because I contacted Revdex.com because of no response or confirmation on the part Home Safe Security the offer is off the tableHopefully MrAl brings better service to the situationPlease, please, please bypass Christopher H*** Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:As I've said before, I did send in a cancel letter after I had spoke to company on the phone once they had informed me they wouldn't buy out my current contract I had with another alarm companyI informed them since they couldn't honor the contract I would not pay for alarm service from two companiesThe sales rep lied when he said he would give me a copy of contract and then he disappeared Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First, thank you for signs of working with me- In 2009, mom and I signed up for systems (my house at [redacted] and her house [redacted] Due to her declining health, I built onto my home and moved her in While her house remained a "dream" of her returning to it and becoming independent again, we were required to keep her system in tact Eighteen (18) months later we sold, provided SHS with the HUD Closing statement, and now only have the one system at Shonele- however, we don't ever use it because it is too confusing/complicated for her, and for our in-home healthcare providers.As indicated in the initial complaint, I will consider it all "good" if you could in any way consider the balance on my account "paid in full" and release me from the remaining months of my "month" signed contract which was signed after pressured sales by "George" who badgered her until she relented and signed it I pay a year in advance- the balance goes into 2017- I will withdraw all complaints to just be forgiven a few months of obligation with the company Sincerely, [redacted]

This account was cancelled on March 21st The bureau request was submitted at that time Not sure who you spoke to but nobody has noted your account since early April There is no further obligation of either party going forward

Per conversation with Mr [redacted] on 1/13/ I spoke to Mr***We sent him a refund check and he has received itHe does not have any further issues with Safe Home Security, Inc This was an error and has been completely solved

[redacted] Please let this serve as a letter of deletion to the credit bureaus. Safe Home Security does not do direct sales, therefore, we did not pull your credit history, therefore, it should not be reflecting as such, on your credit reports. Please dispute the inquiry with the bureaus... directly and advise them it should be removed. Please ask them to submit an Eoscar dispute so we may verify this, if necessary.
