We got in contact with the customer and there was some miscommunication on how the alarm worksThe technician went out and installed the wireless service October 20, and the alarm has been working ever sinceHowever the alarm system still announced an old trouble status that should have been
deletedWe have since instructed the customer on how to delete the old statusAlso the customer’s alarm system sends weekly check-ins informing if everything is working properlyThe customer now has the information to land view his test history and confirm and arm his alarm system remotely using any internet connected deviceWe also credited him months service for the inconvenience and turnaround time to get the wireless service installedGoing forward if the customer has any questions or concerns he can contact Chris H*** ###-###-#### or via email ***

Maybe you need to check with your representatives or go back and listen to our phone conversations and you will have the answer to our problem After all, you do record phone conversations for quality and training purposes If not, I can hire an attorney and we can get the phone records played in court

I am rejecting this response because:I believe the signature on the renewal was computer generatedI know I would not have signed a renewal from this companyI had been in an argument with them
for over a year about closing my accountI was making my monthly payments awaiting Dec of so I could close the accountMy system was not working at that time and SHS would not repair it without me paying a high cost so I was just paying with no serviceSHS contacted me after several months and offered to repair it and I was told (over the phone) that my contract would not be extended and in fact could void it at anytime from now forwardIt was a trickI knew it was too good to be true but I thought SHS was making amends for the hassle they had been giving meI did not intentionally renewThey claim to have recorded all the phone conversationsIf you can review them without them being edited you will hear me particularly questioning whether or not the contract would be extended and in fact I was told I could cancel even before the Dec deadline of the original contractI know sounds "fishy" I should have known it was a trick but I trusted them. Just providing their document which I contend is fake does not solve the issueI want out of this phony agreementI do not want anymore service from SHSAny parts they used to repair my system should be a minimal charge and I don't want anymore service from themIf They are requiring me to pay the entire amount for more months I will go to court.

mailI sent a letter canceling the end of sepand I was charged again today 12-5-So now I have months of charged to be refundedI was not in contract when I canceled and they are saying they didn't revive my first cancellation noticeI believe that's a lieReguarless this proves my case that they are in the wrong because even after telling you I was cancelled they still took money out of my account TODAYI won't settle for less then what I deserve.

I am rejecting this response because: I was told about the new wireless system, also with this new system I had to sign another month contract! I do not wish to sign another contract with these people nor having another system MrsKayla P***t from Safe Home Security call me July @ 8:a.m I missed her call, she stated in a message that she needed to talk to me regarding to cancel my contract, but she needed to talk to me on the phone to cancel the contract, have called her back times leaving messages and getting no returned call.

rejecting this response because: I did not sign up to do business with this companyI sign up with *** because they told me they were a part of *** SolarTHEY WERE/ARE NOT! *** agreed to cancel my service when I called them I early Sept They never sent me anything but I stopped having money taken from checking acctwhich to me was acknowledgement that my service was canceled! The box they installed started to make a horrible sound so I removed it from its power source outlet
