Mark F[redacted], service rep for Ben Franklin Plumbing (Chandler, AZ), was

professional and personable. He arrived during the time window I asked for, did all the needed work plus additional requests with no fuss or mess, and educated me on some options I could consider for the future in dealing with water quality. This is the third time I've used Ben Franklin

and they are the best.

The people could not have been more friendlier.. From the ladys on the phone to John the plumber who showed on time. They were all professional and got the job done.

Austin was very professional, came early, and explained everything clearly. He completed the job efficiently. I would recommend this company. Receptionist was also helpful.

The staff are very polite and efficient. The charge structure, however, is VERY HIGH. I could not justify the quote for the work I wanted done.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to the rescue!! My dining room ceiling was drooping/falling because of a sudden pipe leak. The Benjamin Franklin crew were on site quickly. Chris and Mike were so great, and so very helpful. They are very professional and personable, and worked diligently to help me get through the repairs with as little stress as possible, explaining each and every step of the repair process and my options to me. I can't thank them enough. As a homeowner, I will never ever use another plumbing company again! Benjamin Franklin Chandler are my go-to plumbers for life!!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has been at my home twice for two different repairs. It was a great experience to watch their talented plumbers complete each repair, and keep me informed at all times. Their work was perfectly completed and I am very happy.

Recently had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing perform a repair on our water heater and both the Customer Service personnel and the Repairman were very friendly and did their jobs very well.

Company employees were very professional and service technician was on time. Explained thoroughly the diagnosis and completed the job as explained.

Carey and Paige very cordial on the phone and did notify me about 45 minutes prior to Paul's arrival. Paul had to leave to get a part (due to my townhouse lack of additional power outlet in storage room) he informed me before leaving and was only gone a very short time. After completion of the job he locked up the storage room and left the key on kitchen counter. He also picked up my security lock that had fallen off sliding glass door and put it back, above and beyond call of duty. As an almost 65 year old disabled woman this was sooooo appreciated. God Bless Him.

The Benjamin Franklin Plumbing team kindly accommodated my changing schedule that required me to reschedule my appointment twice. The service technician was friendly, efficient and answered all my questions.

I just want to say thank you for the great service I received from Chris, Mark and Mike. They came on short notice to replace a water heater and did a great job, were very professional, fast and fair with their pricing. Everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.
