I could not have been more pleased with my experience working with the team at Benjamin Franklin. They were able to resolve my plumbing issues within my budget, and now my faucets no longer leak! They went out of their way to ensure that I was pleased with the final product.

Great Job. Customer Friendly

I had a very positive experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing from beginning to end. The receptionist on the phone was cheerful and helpful for 7:30 in the morning. She explained how BF works and we set up an appointment. Nick was the serviceman who came to the house (calling before he came telling us he was on his way). We told him the problem and he explained how he was going to handle it and the cost. The job was done to our satisfaction. While he was there he noticed a leak in our bathtub and we had him fix that and also look at our second bathroom shower to make sure all was well with that. We had a very positive experience. We will use BF again when needed.

Nick from Benjamin Franklin came out to fix a problem with the temperature regulator on my shower. He was dressed neatly and put paper booties on to enter my home. He was pleasant and polite. He offered me several options to fix the problem. I expected one solution that was top-of-the-line expensive. I really appreciated the choices. I will definitely call Benjamin Franklin for other problems. I will recommend the highly.

Andrew is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes time to answer all of my questions and to explain the technical things so I can understand what is being done.

We have been working with Andrew C to put in a home carbon filtration system. He has been out and installed new toilets, faucets, etc, etc. I always feel comfortable having him in our home. He is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. He explains everything he needs to do and does it well. If we have any problems he comes right back out and takes care of it, whether it be a warranty issue or a leak or whatever, he takes care of it.

My experience was very positive. Paul was very helpful in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. He was very polite, respectful and shared tips and idea's to help reduce further damage and maintain our pipe issue. I would recommend their services and call them again if I should have any other issues arise.

Very professional company and technicians! Mark and Dakota were very eager to answer any questions I had. Both were detailed and very nice gentlemen. Love that when they enter your home for inspections they wear shoe coverings. Would recommend this company to everyone!

Technician talked and explained the job as it progressed, very helpful and informative. This service after last years sale, included with the price, is as important as the water heater in the overall health and longevity of the system. Called before driving over and showed up on time. It's nice to call into a company and feel like they care about you. Carey was very pleasant, knowledgeable and scheduled appointment to have a Tech to come to my home for service. She has a upbeat personality. I would recommend this company.

Recently I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come to my house to do the annual water heater inspection. Andrew showed up shortly after we were called just before noon, He was very professional about everything including coming into my house where he placed some protective material over his boots. Everything went great as he was in and out within 45minutes.

Review: In December 2015 both toilets stopped up... water filled to brim of bowl. After a few hours, water receded. Called business. Plumber came out and told me I needed a new toilet. I explained a similar problem had occurred about six years ago and problem with blockage in pipe from house to sewer. Plumber did not even look outside. Just said everything looks fine now. No charge since I had a coupon.

In January 2016 same problem. Called plumber and again explained history. Plumber found nothing wrong but looked into outside pipe. Wondered why water was not running but did nothing even after I reminded him of previous sewer problem.

Approximately two weeks later, raw sewage in front yard. Both toilets stopped up. Called another plumber who could not get there for a few days ... out of office over weekend. Afraid to use any water. Stayed with friend for two days. Returned home to meet with new plumber. Had to use bare hands to clean up sewage mixed with grass in front yard. Plumber cleaned out sewer line from house to roadway. Problem resolved.

Due to original company's failure to fix the problem, I went to the laundrymat six times in December-January. Every few hours (before I finally went to stay with a friend with my daughter) we went to McDonalds to use the bathroom. I had to go to the gym to take a shower and wash sewage off.

On February 1, 2016 called original business to complain and tell them what the problem really was. Was told operations manager was in a meeting but would call me back "later that day". It has been over a week, no contact. On February 3, 2016, I posted a complain on the Benjamin Franklin website asking that it be sent to "corporate". Have not heard from them.

Company referred by Gilbert in water bill. I will let them know about this, too.

Original business wanted approximately $600 to replace my toilet and over

$300 to fix a leaky toilet in the second bathroom. FYI - second plumber fixed leaky toilet for $125Desired Settlement: Refund of $49 service free plus $28.50 spent in laundry costs. Deletion of 24/7 service guarantee in advertising and record of complaint on Revdex.com site.

Review: The plumbing work the business performed caused further damage to my home and the work they did was done poorly. The bill for the work was more then double what I was quoted before the work began. The plumber did not inform me at each task that I was incurring additional charges even after he caused additional leaks and damage to my home. I'm now going to need to pay someone else to come make additional repairs and correct what work they did.Desired Settlement: I would like my bill to have a cost anaylsis be done on it. They are charging me $229.00 to replace a $4.98 tank gasket. I realize there is a mark up and a fee for the plumber to install (10 minutes) but my bill has several charges that are completely outrageous. In addition I want to know whether a plumber can charge additional fees to repair issues he causes while performing the task you gave permission to do.
