I have been using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for many years and have always been extremely satisfied and impressed with the service, professionalism, and knowledge of the plumbers. I recently purchased a tankless water heater and had other plumbing work done. I have always received great service from BFP, however Andrew was outstanding and exceeded my expectations: he is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent work ethic, he patiently helped me make an informed decision and he went above and beyond in quality of workmanship and service. I recommend Andrew and BFP to anyone who cares to receive exceptional service and quality workmanship.

I was very pleased with the team who worked at my home. They were pleasant and very thorough. My son and nephew both commented on the high quality of the work. It was a big job, and they were persistent about completing it.
Did a thorough inspection and explained their findings
I have used this office of the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing several times now. They are always on time, polite and professional, perform the requested services quickly and completely. They do not try to up-sell me, but always tell me what options I may have available.
Paul came on time and was efficient, knowledgeable and very nice to work with. Periodically he reviewed his progress with me and made sure my questions were answered. He inspected our water heater and showed me why a new one was needed. Then he went to work and quickly completed the installation. I was very satisfied with the work he did.
They do a great job.
I'm so excited to finally have a gas range. Mike and Andre were able to quickly and cleanly bring over the gas line to make it happen! Very impressed with the service and professionalism.

Got a card to send in about quality of service. It had no return stamp on it which I thought was a bit cheap for such a big company seeking favorable reviews.
Review: I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, was told by receptionist that they could service [redacted] Water Softeners. When the Tech arrived, he appeared to be unfamiliar with the unit. He blew through a waterline with his mouth in an unsuccessful effort to "fix" the problem. He then resorted to calling the [redacted] line, because he didn't know what else to do. The technician told me he was not an "authorized [redacted]" technician, and therefore didn't have access to [redacted] parts, even if he was able to find the problem. He tried to sell me a new unit, and called me minutes after leaving my home. Much like a used car salesman, he said if I purchased a new unit by Sat, he would give me a larger discount.
Review:
1. If Benjamin Franklin employees are NOT authorized or familiar enough with [redacted] Water Softeners, then don't accept the service call!
2. Technician failed to provided reasonable and customary service, an resorted to using his mouth to blow through a water line, then called the 1[redacted] to ask a receptionist on the phone how to fix the unit.
3.Even if the Technician found the problem, he informed me that he didn't have access to [redacted] parts.
4. I was charged a "service fee" of $72.00, when the Technician failed to provide an incorporate and professional level of service.Desired Settlement: Refund of $72.00 for service fee, when tech failed to truly provide a professional srvie.

I don't know when this was filed, this customer did not talk with us before filing the complaint. I called him when I got an email of his concern and he returned my call after. I reviewed with him that we do many times work on [redacted] softeners, and many times we fix them without having to work with [redacted]. We don't make the products, nor do we recommend [redacted] because of their lower quality and service, but if they make us use their parts, we are happy to work with that and help our customers the best we can. We also can offer other products if he wants, that can get him a softener immediately, to service our customers the best we can. After reviewing with him his concern, he told me he did understand better now and would be happy to use us again.
I returned his service fee to honor our 100% satisfaction before this complaint came through. I have also asked him to delete this complaint with you, since he is happy and if he would have talked with us first, this would not have been sent in. I believe he understands now we are not the average plumber and did not do anything wrong, it's [redacted] that is not offering him better service that really puts both of us in a bad situation if he wants to use their product.
Please let me know if he deletes his complaint with you.

Thank you Revdex.com, I'm sorry that [redacted] does not see the credit, we did run the credit as I promised on Friday, see attachment. We are not the accountable for the banks and when they show it on the customers account. I also just replied to [redacted]'s email and shared with him this same receipt.

The company called to tell me technician was on his way. He arrived right on time and quickly deduced the problem. Given a quote for work, I elected to proceed.
The work was done very quickly - I was shown the defective part. In 45 minutes he had the water turned back on, the area cleaned, and was on his way.
Excellent work, as always.
The team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a wonderful job, good communication, good customer service and the technician, Andrew, explained everything to us. We always go with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.
