Chris from Benjamin Franklin just spent an entire day replacing all my faucets, which were in terrible shape and required a lot of extra heft and patience. He not only is extremely skilled and knowledgeable, but he did an excellent job and was wonderful explaining the problems. Three cheers for Chris!

I think BFP is a great company to work with. They have polite and respectful employees. The inside staff (Sara & Joe) are wonderful people who are willing to help you in any way they can.

[redacted] came out with the camera and scoped out our sewer line. He was kind, courteous and very knowledgable. He gave us the estimate on replacing the sewer line and our service was scheduled for the following week. [redacted] and [redacted] arrive on time the morning of the day the sewer line replacement was supposed to occur. They too were very thorough. I was very please they were able to complete the job without tearing up the sidewalk. I highly recommend the service of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Brian was very diligent listening to all of our issues, taking time to explain what was happening with our plumbing and what to look for in the future.

We've had numerous occasions to deal with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. All of our experiences, from the call takers to the plumber have been excellent. We feel that they are honest and competent and they do not try to hard sell you on services. They present the facts to you, the quotes, the upside and downside of services and then let you base you decision on the information given. There are no follow up sales calls, just a follow up call to make sure the service provided was good. I would highly recommend their services.

Even though I was the last appointment on a Friday night, [redacted] never made me like he was rushing to get home. He was friendly and quick with a solution. He went over all the details with no pressure to upsell me . From my initial call to the end of my repair, l I had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Review: Benjamin Franklin plumbing replaced a broken sewer line on our property and In doing so broke a water line that connected to our house. They attempted to repair it but did not disclose they broke it,

As a result of not properly repairing the water line, it developed a leak which we did not associate with the sewer lline replacement since they had not disclosed they broke the water line. We contacted another plumber to repair the water line and they discovered and showed us the faulty water line repair which cost us an additional $4000 over the $6000 we paid for the sewer line to Benjamin Franklin.Desired Settlement: At least split the $4000 we spend on the repair of the water line they broke and did not disclose to us,

Review: On July 22, 2015,I contacted Ben Franklin due to my two upstairs bathtubs were backed up. The first representative came in and snaked by toilet in my master bathroom ("for and hour" - Ben Franklin rep's words). She was unable to clear the clog and request another rep to help her. When the second rep arrived and heard the loud clanking noise, he ran up the steps yelling for her to stop. The rep was not able to fix the problem and two other reps came to my home the same day. They knew they would have to make a hole in the shared pipe (between the two bathrooms) and would be back the next day. However before they left the turned the toilets back on and said the ring in the hallway bathroom (which was gutted are remodeled last year) was blown "he had never seen anything like it and thought it was my contractor's poor workmanship. I made it a point to state that the first rep spent and hour snaking between my two toilets and that is the reason my toilet was broken. He stated "he wasn't there" but he would make the office aware of the problem. I received a call that night to "fix the problem." They did return and put in a new toilet.

The next day the last reps that were at my home the day before returned. They cut a hole in my master bathroom cabinet to reach the appropriate pipe. Removed the clog and replaced the toilet in my hallway bathroom. After the reps left my son noticed that they had cut/sawed through the wall in my hallway bathroom. So now I have saw hole in my hallway bathroom. I contacted them concerning this issue and [redacted] the field manager called and left me message. I have returned [redacted]'s call four times without a call back. I have contacted the office three more time and each time they assure me a manager will contact me. I have not heard from a manager yet.Desired Settlement: Fix the wall where they sawed through the wall

I'm responding to the letter r received today about the complaint from [redacted]. I've already called and left a message, followed by an email to her this morning regarding this matter so we can get this problem resolved as fast as possible

I don't know if it's possible to be more impressed with Ben Franklin Plumbing. They did more than they said they'd do (far above and beyond), were really nice, and most importantly charged us what they estimated they'd charge us (really affordable price). Our Rep was Brian C. They worked with us every time we needed something changed and they made sure they did all the right paperwork. Very impressed!

I have used this company for years and they are always professional and helpful. The office crew gets you connected to an available tech and the techs are all personable and competent. In the past few years we've dealt with (hubby picked the house not me) broken dishwashers, outdated pipes, clogged sinks, broken toilets and now a hot water heater that wanted to be a fountain. Every repair was done right the first time which is hard to say in today's world. I only wish they could have installed our heater which has flooded us out of the house twice in two months after taking 6 weeks to install. It seems like the techs get all of the training they need and the safety email (with photo) is a nice touch.

WE have not hired this company as yet, but look forward to using their service. Brian C. was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us to decide what to do about installing a gas fireplace. He was very friendly and thorough in giving us all the information we needed to aid in our decision. He is was neat and clean in appearance.

Brain,s smile alone will encourage a person to hire this company.

Service Pro was very thorough, working until problem was resolved to both his and my satisfaction. Very polite at all times.

Needed some plumbing work done, asap. [redacted] came out and fixed it like a pro. Great service, workmanship, and an all around great experience.

Technically they two man crew did a good job;however, a number of procedures that were promised by the Sale Person as part of the project were not done during the plumbing project and dew diligence regarding care and respect for personal property and the household contents was not exercised through out the project. One house hold item was damaged thru carelessness requiring repair. Follow up communication to the homeowner by the individual arranging for repair was very poor requiring the home owner to follow up on the status.

In total the job as a whole was not entirely satisfactory and therefore I cannot attach my name to a positive recommendation to use this Firm. You do not get a second chance to make a first immersion.

Excellent service from telephone staffer and plumber Craig F. Craig F. installed a new water heater in a very small space that frankly amazed me. He diagnosed the problem right away and presented our options. Very polite and personable. Would like to request Craig F. when we need any service work done.

When I noticed a leak in my living room ceiling I called these guys first. Even though it was sunday night I was able to schedule an appointment for Monday morning. Service was on time and he was able to diagnose the issue quicly and provided a quick estimate for the repair. I called another company for an estimate that turned out to be ~15% more and included a different price if I purchased a "service plan." I called BF plumbing back and had them complete the job. I couldn't be happier with the service. The leak is fixed, and the repair was exactly what I was quoted. Excellent service, excellent company. I never for a moment worried that my plumber was anything less than a clean, respectable, and honest individual. If I ever need plumbing work done in the future these guys are 1st on my list.

The service plumber [redacted] did a fantastic job with all the plumbing at my home. She was patient and explained everything to me. I would recommend her to others.
