My experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing was great! I called to get a leak fixed and a new sink installed. They sent someone immediately. The office personnel and the service pro were pleasant and helpful. John explained everything and made sure I understood the cost. I will definitely call them next time I need something repaired.

I had a leaky water heater. Mark was out within a couple of hours and replaced it immediately. He was very professional and did an excellent job.

I was notified in advance, technician arrived on time, did inspection and flushed out the hot water heater. All things found that needed to be addressed were shown to me and what needed to be done fully explained; he also explained if needed to do separately the ones that were most important to do first, in in order after that - quite helpful.

Ladies on the phone very nice and Jared was kind enough to greet my 3 fur coated babies when he came in - after that they ignored him, better for him to get work done.

Benjamin Franklin has been my go to Plumber for about 20 years. Made appointment for Wednesday, when I called on Tuesday - loved that promptness. Got call Jared on his way and 30 minutes later he was at the door. Due to jobs he was doing he had to move appliances - but put them back in place. I was buying some Bio Ben and he took time to show me how to get the correct amount for drain treatment. Bottle is a rather unusual shape - will leave that job to daughter, she has steadier hands. As usual, quite satisfied & call them for all plumbing needs.

As always, Junior did a great job ..... was very courteous, clean and concerned that I was completely satisfied. I will ask for him personally if and when the time arises for any repair and assistance.

I am extremely happy with the service that I received from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing from the first point of contact to the point of the actual work being completed. The person taking my call was extremely helpful and polite. My call at 10 am resulted in a plumber at my door at 2:15 pm. Chris, the plumber, was very personable and thorough. I would absolutely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again when the need arises.

My experience with Andrew from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Chandler, AZ was fantastic! If you need assistance with plumbing issues, Andrew is the guy to call! He was very professional in his approach, but used terminology even I could understand! Great Job Andrew!

I have always had a positive experience with Ben Franklin, and I've been using them for years. They're prompt, they're friendly, they do a great job. You definitely get what you pay for. I recommend them often.

Andrew and his assistant arrived right on time and displayed some really awesome service. Even though it was about 113 degrees out he took his time to explain what was going on and was really honest with me regarding the repair cost. He even called in and got me a trip charge discount due to them not being able to fix the problem, only diagnose. Honestly, he was one of the nicest service guys that has ever come to my house. Hope to get him again whenever I need any plumbing needs in the future.

Prompt, always kept in touch and responded to my texts and phone calls (I worked directly with the service team rather than the office staff), met with my insurance adjuster to explain the work performed and helped me with 12 month no interest financing (my repairs were pretty extensive unfortunately).

Benjamin Franklin provides quality service. I have received service twice now, and both times were excellent. Today I had our water heater flushed and a faulty spigot replaced outside. The service member, Mike, was courteous and did an A+ job. I will definitely use them again.

I don't know when this was filed, this customer did not talk with us before filing the complaint. I called him when I got an email of his concern and he returned my call after. I reviewed with him that we do many times work on [redacted] softeners, and many times we fix them without...

having to work with [redacted]. We don't make the products, nor do we recommend [redacted] because of their lower quality and service, but if they make us use their parts, we are happy to work with that and help our customers the best we can. We also can offer other products if he wants, that can get him a softener immediately, to service our customers the best we can. After reviewing with him his concern, he told me he did understand better now and would be happy to use us again. 

I returned his service fee to honor our 100% satisfaction before this complaint came through. I have also asked him to delete this complaint with you, since he is happy and if he would have talked with us first, this would not have been sent in. I believe he understands now we are not the average plumber and did not do anything wrong, it's [redacted] that is not offering him better service that really puts both of us in a bad situation if he wants to use their product.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing worked at my home recently and they did a fine job. The service tech was excellent. However, I wished they itemized the bill.

Review: Yesterday, 12/* we had a gas leak, National Grid disconnected our service. We called this company as we were desperate to get our heat, hot water and cooking restored. They quoted a price, kept changing it from $800 to $4100

as they kept finding more leaky pipes. At the end of the day, they asked for $2000 and I asked: check? They didn't want a check but cash or credit. Today, when they finished the job, I asked for a payment plan and their response was: we offered you an 18 month interest free plan, but you didn't take it. AT NO TIME DID THEY OFFER THIS PLAN..My wife and neighbor witnessed the conversation and it was never offered! I find this very difficult, especially at this time of the year. IDesired Settlement: I want them to give me 18 months interest free credit. I have a spotless credit rating and I would have jumped at the chance to take it, but it was not offered.

Someone is playing games here. Please help me.

The customer's credit card has been refunded for the full amount and a financing account has been set up through Synchrony (formerly GE Retail Sales) so that the customer could take advantage of the 18 months/0% interest financing offer, as per his request.
