Very pleased with the service I received from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The plumber (Thomas M.) was very courteous and pleasant to deal with.
He really made the water work

Cece has been t our home to repair a blowout from ur hybrid water heater nd did a quick nd efficient job at a fair price. She had to return a few weeks later for other
problems that cropped up and she was always n time and did whatever was needed efficiently and well. I also had some minor work that I wished to have done and again she was on time and made the adjustments that were needed, plus she recommended
that I had not noticed prior to her coming to our home. I would certainly use them again whenever I need plumbing work. I also would recommend Cece as a first choice for any work needed.

We've used this firm a number of times and each visit has been a great experience. The technicians are punctual, thorough and leave the site clean. Our last experience with[redacted] was especially positive - he found the problem, called for supplies and while waiting for the parts, cleaned and painted the covers to make the repair look like new.

We've had numerous occasions to deal with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. All of our experiences, from the call takers to the plumber have been excellent. We feel that they are honest and competent and they do not try to hard sell you on services. They present the facts to you, the quotes, the upside and downside of services and then let you base you decision on the information given. There are no follow up sales calls, just a follow up call to make sure the service provided was good. I would highly recommend their services.

xxxxx came out and did a fantastic job of clearing out the clog in my septic drain. He was very professional and easy to talk too. He represented his company well and explained exactly what he was going to do and went over the pricing for each task. It was such a relief that I could trust him to get the job done correctly and didn't waste any time. I wish there were more tech's in all the different service/repair industries like xxxxx. At Ben Franklin Plumbing, our mission is 100% customer satisfaction. On October 3rd, this customer called us to clean out their mainline. We scheduled an emergency after-hours service appointment, which costs more than a normal appointment. Upon...
arrival at the customer's house, we discussed the options available to get their mainline drain cleared. This visit also cost more than it normally would because we had to pull their toilet off the floor to gain access to their main drain line. We explained these charges very thoroughly to the customer before starting any work. The customer agreed to these charges and signed off on them before we started any drain cleaning or removal of the toilet. Because of the condition of the main drain pipe, we were unable to get the drain line fully cleaned. We followed normal protocal in every way on this visit and did not do any work without the customer's approval on work and pricing before we started. Upon receipt of this complaint, we even offered the customer a refund of $270 for customer satisfaction. The customer declined that refund.

Ben Franklin attempted a job and was unsuccessful at rates higher than other competitors rates. Not only were they unsuccessful but they recommended a second visit for an additional $1000 to attempt to fix the problem. We were able to get the problem fixed through another vendor for only $115 total with only one visit necessary. Ben Franklin attempted to charge us a total of $2000 for a job that is typically $115. I request a minimum $800 refund to resolve this matter.

At Ben Franklin Plumbing, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. On 10/3/15, we spent three hours at this customer's house in attempt to clear her drain. At that time, we decided another method should be used to clear the drain out because we had no way to know if the snake would be able to get through the heavy roots in her line in thirty minutes, three more hours or never. The customer had another technician from a different company come out and clear her drain out. At that time the other company's plumber was able to clear the drain with the same method we used; likely piggybacking on our work and clearing the rest of the roots that were left. That being said, we understand our customer's frustration in this situation. We have been in contact many times with this customer regarding this issue and we have agreed upon a refund of $500 for the customer's inconvenience. The drain cleaning was roughly 1/3 the cost of the work, with the rest being an after-hours emergency service fee and the cost of pulling and resetting the customer's toilet. Per company policy, if we are unable to clear a drain we would normally only refund half of the drain cleaning fee ($155 in this case). By refunding $500, we have gone far beyond expected practices in order to attain 100% customer satisfaction. We thank this customer for their business and their feedback.

I was very impressed with time frame to have my toilet fixed.I called on a Sunday afternoon,and they were there at 8:00am Monday morning. The
gentleman who came explained what needed to be done to fix the problem the right way,but he also offered me a temporary fix. We decided to have it repaired the right way,and he again explained the price that it would cost. He was very professional and I'm pleased to say everything was done to our satisfaction,thank you so much.
