The customer's credit card has been refunded for the full amount and a financing account has been set up through Synchrony (formerly GE Retail Sales) so that the customer could take advantage of the 18 months/0%...

We realize we still need to camera the line for Mr. [redacted]. Our Service Manager, Mark L[redacted] has left messages on July 25th, August 27th and September 7th. We would be happy to fulfill this just as soon as Mr. [redacted] returns our call to schedule this.

Forrest did a great job of explaining the problem and the possible solutions. Though I found the price extremely high for the amount of work, it was done efficiently and thoroughly. He was very efficient, quick and solved several related problems. The service was great, but I believe the cost excessive.

When I noticed a leak in my living room ceiling I called these guys first. Even though it was sunday night I was able to schedule an appointment for Monday morning. Service was on time and he was able to diagnose the issue quicly and provided a quick estimate for the repair. I called another company for an estimate that turned out to be ~15% more and included a different price if I purchased a "service plan." I called BF plumbing back and had them complete the job. I couldn't be happier with the service. The leak is fixed, and the repair was exactly what I was quoted. Excellent service, excellent company. I never for a moment worried that my plumber was anything less than a clean, respectable, and honest individual. If I ever need plumbing work done in the future these guys are 1st on my list.

We have been having trouble with our solar water heater. Through this problem we came to know Gary G. He is by far the best plumber we have had in the 17 years we have lived here. He is highly professional but with a sense of humor. We truly enjoy working with him. He is not a hard sell plumber but rather he points out the pros and cons of alternate systems and lets us decide the best course of action. We have already recommended him to a neighbor for future work.

I have had Dan C here a number of times. He is always punctual and really knows the best solution for my situation. After a number of fits and starts, I have finally found our permanent plumber.

with our sewer line other then tree roots that are easily taken care of. Benjamin Franklin shouldn't use scare tactics to try and get people to replace their sewer lines for a ridiculous amount of money! I worry about all the older people who are falling for this!! Not to mention they opened a credit card in our name when we were told it was a credit line check only!! [redacted]2 Attachments

We had a water leak on our driveway and we called BF Plumbing and 2 gentlemen
came out to fix it xxxxx and xxxxx We had the best experience with them not only they were kind and very knowledgeable, but did a super duper job. We would recommend them highly to anybody who has a water problem.

Erick (Benjamin Franklin Plumbing) did a great job replacing two toilets and left the house very clean. He was both friendly and polite, and worked diligently until the job was done. I look forward to working with him on future plumbing needs.

Good, timely service!

I am rejecting this response because:
Hi - I had previously filed a complaint (Complaint ID #12392255) and agreed to the accepted the business' response where they agreed to refund the money they had previously promised, that had been significantly delayed. I accepted their response on 10/2/17 and today is 10/28/17 and I still have not received the refund nearly a month later! When the business responded, they said that the refund had begun processing so I do not understand why I have not received it yet. Can you please follow up? At this point, I do not trust that they will process my refund to my credit card, as promised. If they can't credit my card, then they need to send me a check. My desired outcome is that they respond to the Revdex.com with the specifics of the refund: What is the date that the credit will be issued and will it be credited to the credit card (the original way they said it would be handled) or sent via check in the mail? I will not accept their terms to settle this time until I know that the credit has actually been issued. Thank you.

We went out to this customer's home on 4/25/17 to work on a faucet that the customer tried to repair himself.  Before starting any work, we went over the pricing to take apart the faucet and diagnose what the problem is with the faucet. The customer agreed to the charges. Upon disassembling the...

faucet, our technician discovered that the customer installed the cartridge upside down. When our technician finished the work, he showed the customer that no leaks were happening at that time. The customer acknowledged this on-site. We informed the customer not to run his faucet after that for two hours in order to let the silicone dry that our plumber applied. The customer did improper work on his own faucet (installing the cartridge upside down). We fixed that work at an agreed-upon price. If he wants to replace his cartridge and/or do a faucet rebuild, we would have to charge full price for that work. We thank the customer for their feedback and apologize if there were any miscommunications regarding their services.

My experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was excellent. I was able to make an appointment easily; [redacted] arrived on time and resolved the plumbing problems in my kitchen in a professional manner. I would highly recommend this company!
