Benjam Franklin Plumbing responded to an plumbing emergency timely and the technician, Trevor was timely, knowledgeable and reassuring to my concerns. Trevor rectified the plumbing issue and helped me coordinate the restoration services I now need. I am very pleased with the service and Benjamin Franklin is fortunate to have an individual such as Trever in their organization. Kudos to Trevor!!!!

Michael is knowledgeable and did a GREAT JOB installing My Water Heater . I want Him to do ALL future work on My property !!!!!!! He has a great attitude on the job, interacting with the costumer , was great. Thanks MICHAEL !!

Mikey arrived within my allotted time frame and was very professional and polite. He put booties on without asking to keep my house clean. He was knowledgable and asked me many questions about the issue I was having and diagnosed the problem within minutes.

The were prompt and arrived when they said they would. Carey was delightful. The crew that showed up were professional and shared information regarding our problem. They hit a snag, but still resolved the problem on the second business day. We were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge.

I just had service by Benjamin Franklin. The staff there is great (and I rate them a 10). However they have whats called "Book Rates". For my Job that lasted 1 hr to complete from start to finished I was charged $360, not including a part I purchased online (which has a warranty).

I would not recommend them as they basically said they couldn't give me a price over the phone, and there is a $69 service charge (which is common). But to come out and say $350 for a service that only took 1 hr is ridiculous.

If I were you, I would call around and find a plumber that gives you book rate and hourly rate. Ask (Which I now have learned), If their book rate includes a set amount of hours in it.

Was very happy and pleased with the plumber, Mark, who showed up at my house to flush my flow tech device. He was courteous and friendly.

Over all the work was done right the first time and was quality workmanship. I would recommend. The only thing I thought was odd was he tried to sell me a member ship to something I did not quite understand which would make the total bill more than what it was to fix the problem. This did not make sense to spend more than I needed to.

Excellent service on my waterline repair both with the office staff and field technician. They were all very courteous and friendly. Field tech. was on time and provided very professional service. Leak in waterline was fixed properly and price of the service was reasonable.

Austin was very competent and caring as he tried to flush out my water heater and checked my home for any other repairs I might need. Ethics and integrity are expensive and Ben Franklin seems to have both. However, I do wish they would be more competitive in their pricing and I would use them even more...
