I am completely satisfied with the work that Eric and Ryan did here. They istlled a whole house water filtration system and a water softener. They came out Wed. to give me all the info I needed and then returned Thurs morning at (AM. They were finished by 2PM. Work was tidy, quiet and professional and friendly. I will definitely use Ben Franklin (and Eric, specifically) in the future for my home and rental house plumbing needs. [redacted]

George of Ben Franklin Plumbing was courteous, thorough and educated me on a number of maintenance issues. I would welcome him back to provide future service!

We moved this particular customer with packing her on 7/29 and loaded her on 7/30. We delivered the shipment to a self storage unit in [redacted]. We were not requested to reassemble any of the pieces that we had disassembled at the pickup for obvious reasons, it was a self storage unit. When the...

customer decided to move the things out of the storage unit they hired a "different moving company" to do this move. According to the customer the other moving company was unable to locate the hardward for the disassembled pieces. The Isaacs crew recalled taping the hardware to underside of each piece (standard procedure) on every occasion. I am not sure where the hardward was lost but it may have been lost during the course of the move out of storage BUT we are working with the customer and will try to offer a reasonable resolution to her as a valued customer.

I am rejecting this response because:The damage to our personal property and home far exceeds damage to a treadmill. As a direct result of the incompetence of Benjamin Franklin employees, our home and personal property experienced significant damages and loss. The carpet was removed by the restoration company. The linoleum on the remainder of the floor has not yet been removed, but is damaged beyond repair and will be removed. We are in the process of removing all drywall and paneling. As the walls are being removed there is evidence of mold growth on the walls.  Personal property damages and loss includes a $2500 treadmill, a sewing machine, a pool table that will need to be cleaned and re-leveled, furniture that will need to be cleaned and moved, a large screen television. The above list is not inclusive of all the damages, but presents an overall representation of the extensive damages. At this time we are extending a final offer of a full refund ($10,000) from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing's last response to our complaint with Revdex.com“Unfortunately, on this particular job, we sent technicians who were not the best qualified to do the job causing damage to the home.”

We refunded this money to the customer on December 27th, 2016. This situation has been resolved for over two weeks.

There were a number of complex issues requiring several scheduling adjustments. These were handled seamlessly and the actual plumbing work was expeditiously done with great expertise reflecting a very experienced professional.I cannot think of any thing that could have been done better.

It's true that we used a second moving company to move our belongings from storage to our house but if Isaac's had taped the hardware  pieces to the furniture it's extremely implausible that they would have separately fallen off each of the three pieces that cannot be assembled. We can’t even live in our new house because we don’t have beds or a crib for our five month old.I am not sure what they meant that they’re trying to resolve the issue. Our take-away from them was that because we used a second moving company it was obviously the fault of the second movers and therefore Isaac’s wouldn’t help us. It’s always possible that all of the pieces fell off during the second move, but as noted above very unlikely.Regards,

Very informative, educated me and walked me thru every aspect of our repair. Would definitely recommend.

xxxxx and xxxxx did a great job on replacing my old sewer line. It was really raining hard and I felt terrible that they were out there, but they just kept on working and got the job finished. Very informative and helped out every way they could.

We had a blocked toilet and main house drain. [redacted] came to the house 11:30 pm on a Sunday night and had to dig around in the dark AND in the rain to diagnose the problem. He said we would be called by 8:00 am the next morning and someone would be here to take care of it. He explained what he thought it was and gave us various scenarios and estimates. The next morning Ben Franklin called at 8 am as promised. [redacted] came and solved the problem and fixed it. He aided us talking to our financing company. It was not cheap to replace the broken clean out, but it wouldn't have been any cheaper to have anyone else do it. We had great confidence in these plumbers and would call them again and recommend them.

Thank you for your services. My service gentleman was fast, efficient, courteous, and professional. He gave me price and quality options to choose from. The job was done correctly the first time. Amazing. Thank you once a again for a job well done.

Brian and Heather were both very customer oriented in that they wanted us to be comfortable and knowledgeable about what services they had to offer. It made it so easy for us to choose our options wisely and without any pressure.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has provided consistent, positive service for our family. The reception is friendly and scheduling service is easy. Each employee who has come to our home to fix a plumbing issue has been kind and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Brian C[redacted], who took the time to explain exactly what we needed and the best way to fix the problem in the future. He didn't have to, but he did and we are thankful.

I paid $356.00 for a rotor rooter job. The toilet and connecting shower were blocked. He did the job and the toilet seemed ok at the time. The plumber never came into the house to check or test it . Two days later it was blocked again. When I called to complain about it, they said there was no guarantee and would cost an additional $350.00 to come out again. I asked to talk to the owner and they said he would call me back. I ended up going to [redacted] and rented a power snake. I snaked the toilet and I pulled up a bunch of junk. I should have done that in the first place and saved $300.00. Oh! the owner finally called back three and half weeks later................with no sympanthy or remorse. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ty came to replace our leaking water heater in record time and I know he probably had other calls that day as it was Dec. 29th just between the holidays when I am sure there was a back up of calls. We asked for Ty because he had made service calls to us before and we knew he was thorough and efficient. I like the fact that we had a choice of water heaters and the guarantees that go with them.

[redacted] was a godsend. He arrived promptly, even though it was a Saturday. He was professional and courteous. He assessed the problem quickly, let me know what would be required and got to work. He made a very stressful and aggravating situation a lot less so. I highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing to anybody in need of a plumber. Thank you again [redacted]
