The company we went with is an accredited company and they also give a one year warranty on their workThey even got a permit from the city which is required in our cityBenjamin Franklin did not mention anything about a permitI don't agree with your over pricing especially after calling multiple companies but I'm not going to go back and forth about this anymoreAll I know is that taking advantage of people who are having plumbing issues in their homes is really unfairObviously there is nothing more I can do about this situation except let people know my experience if it comes up in a conversation since we know a lot of people who own homes

on-site and that we have an $trip fee for any regularly booked appointmentOur plumbers handle pricing on-site because they are the experts and there are often unexpected difficulties with the work that we can't see or predict over the phoneWe showed up at the customer's house thirty minutes after they called usUpon inspection, our plumber determined the pricing of the work necessary to properly install the customer's faucetsThis is standard procedure on all of our calls and there was no reason for the customer to expect anything elseWe never misled the customer at any time

Same day service, friendly, knowledgeable, clean

John Rwas very professional He explained the services I needed for the repair, identified the various costs, and completed the job quickly

Have used Ben Franklin since I moved to Florida years ago They are always on time, neat, friendly, professional and things get fixed right first time around

We were given excellent competent service from Ben Franklin Plumbing at the hands of Michael M***

We needed our master bath faucet repaired/replacedWhen John got here he was able to repair the faucet so we wouldn't have to replace all the fixturesHe's a real money saver and professionalWe would definitely recommend him and Ben Franklin Plumbing to anyone who wants a true plumber

Very well Had septic line from toilet to septic snaked and camera was used Camera showed drains in good condition which I was very glad to hear I chose the camera option since I had no idea about the condition of the drains Had the toilet problem three times in the last two years and was concerned about the drains After snaking from toilet to septic and toilet still not flushing properly the plumber called me and I told him about a previous handyman putting a power washer down the vent (" radious) which helped Benjamin Franklin plumber used a snake to break up whatever was clogging the vent and solved my toilet flushing problem in a timely manner They also put back everything and all was cleaned up before leaving Thank you so much They were in contact with me after also to make sure I was happy and that everything was working properly Repair was a little pricey, but they were the only ones out of other plumbers that helped me One place has never even returned my calls at all
