Very well Had septic line from toilet to septic snaked and camera was used Camera showed drains in good condition which I was very glad to hear I chose the camera option since I had no idea about the condition of the drains Had the toilet problem three times in the last two years and was concerned about the drains After snaking from toilet to septic and toilet still not flushing properly the plumber called me and I told him about a previous handyman putting a power washer down the vent (" radious) which helped Benjamin Franklin plumber used a snake to break up whatever was clogging the vent and solved my toilet flushing problem in a timely manner They also put back everything and all was cleaned up before leaving Thank you so much They were in contact with me after also to make sure I was happy and that everything was working properly Repair was a little pricey, but they were the only ones out of other plumbers that helped me One place has never even returned my calls at all

What an absolute pleasure to find a plumbing company which was more concerned about helping me with my problem then making moneyRoger Voffered me several options for addressing my issue instead of what he wanted doneAfter checking his prices against other companies for each service, I was satisfied that I was getting a fair priceRoger was prompt, and did a great jobHe explained what he was doing each step of the way and didn't leave until I was completely satisfiedI will recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing Orlando to my neighbors

I've had a series of serious water problems in this houseI was new in Glastonbury the first time and was fortunate to have found Benjamin Franklin in the phone book well after midnight! My call was answered immediately and a repairman was on my doorstep first thing in the a.mto address a really huge problemThat was such a traumatic event I don't remember any namesHowever, the most recent plumber, Catalin M*** located the leak and repaired the pipe draining the upstairs bathtubSince then Dave V*** did a routine inspection of the entire house and replaced the valve from the furnaceBoth men were prompt, efficient and courteous

I'll start by saying Rohan and Vinny did a good job with my repair and were very personableGood guys, good conversationThe rating would be stars if not for the priceI called in the morning and they were sent out to me in the afternoonThey quoted $just to replace a toilet shut-off valve and a plastic elbow connector under the floor (via the downstairs ceiling where they had very clear and easy access because I cut the ceiling open to see where my leak was coming from)I could have refused and went for more quotes but I would have had my whole house w/o water for another day or twothey knew thatI questioned the price and they showed me that Ben Franklin's system is charging $just for the parts***?!?!
They say they stock their trucks to save you time and money BUT they had to wait like mins for someone to drop off a $plastic connectorBelieve methey are not doing you a favor by stocking their trucks because they are charging 5x cost for those partsI already knew what had to be done but wasn't confident enough to trust myselfAfter seeing the job, I could have done it myself for around $retail cost for the parts they replacedSo, they wanted an extra $for two guys on a job that takes 30-mins for one personThe guys spent about hours at my house standing around chatting mostly because they had to wait for the partIf this is how most jobs go, then THAT is why they overcharge!
I was able to get my cost down to around $but that's still VERY high for this repairI don't mind paying someone for their skilled labor but this was overkillI was expecting maybe $for parts and $for labormaxWhen you ask for a discount, the only thing they offer is that the only good discount comes from signing up for their maintenance program @ $19/mo which gets you 15% off the current visit and future visitsQuite a racket!
I took off stars because it's obvious they took advantage of the semi-emergency I had even though it was during business hoursI would not consider them for any repairs in the future

The one point of clarification I would like to make is concerning the "club membership" noted in the response I can only assume that this club membership was some extension of a contract we had with *** *** *** *** *** *** I see that Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is either a business partner of, or owned by *** *** *** We had a long standing service contract with *** *** and were extremely satisfied with their service and responsiveness over the years We never signed any type of contract or membership service with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.In summary, I would like to thank Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for agreeing that they were never authorized by me to perform the work in question and removing me from credit collections statusI want to also thank the Revdex.com for facilitating the process to resolving this issue Finally, I want to apologize to the service manager that was trying to reach me as I never received a voice message from him As previously noted, I receive a fair amount of spam calls and if he did not leave a message for me, I would not have acknowledged a random call

Had the Port StLucie team out to conduct my annual service call, install a few bathroom faucets that I provided and replace my garbage disposal that was cracking and beginning to leak The inspection of my system was thorough, including draining and inspection of my hot water heater My experience from the initial call to the completion of the service was top notch professional

Recently had major sewer line replaced Very courteous Kept us informed along the way Did an excellent job of removing tree roots and installing and cleanup Was amazed at the efficiency of this team Our expectations were way beyond our imagination Am very pleased with this team and individual and will refer them to any friends family or associates that need these services without any hesitation of praise for their work

Jeremy was very helpful, efficient saw the problem and fixed it quickly

Our Operations Manager, Dave M*** spoke with Mr*** todayWe have agreed to refund Mr*** $which has been processed with our credit card processor today at 4:00pm

This customer admitted to putting a "stop payment" on their payment to usWe have not received the money from their credit card company yetWe have agreed to refund his money but we have not received payment from him in the first placeWe can't do a refund for money that was never paid to usWe
would be willing to to drop the balance down to $and not require payment from himThat way the customer can continue to keep their $they put a stop payment on in the first place
