Today, I have had a wonderful experience with Forrest Grant of Ben Franklin Plumbing Our water heater cracked and poured all of its fifty gallons all over the basement late Tuesday night, which was extremely upsetting Forrest was prompt (at my house by 8:AM) , courteous, approachable, and willing to answer a million questions about the water heater He carefully explained all the options and extras as well as the cost of each option Forrest was meticulous with his work space and he treated my home like it was hisHe never forgot his boot coversHe was efficient and was willing to look at other problems not related to the water heater because of our contract with Ben Franklin I appreciated his poise and workmanship I sincerely appreciated that he understood how upsetting an experience like this can be Forrest was kind to my very nosy cat who insisted on knowing what was going on As a home owner who is NOT handy, I am very pleased with Ben Franklin Plumbing

My call was answered immediately and a repairman was on my doorstep first thing in the a.mto address a really huge problemThat was such a traumatic event I don't remember any namesHowever, the most recent plumber, Catalin M*** located the leak and repaired the pipe draining the upstairs bathtubSince then Dave V*** did a routine inspection of the entire house and replaced the valve from the furnaceBoth men were prompt, efficient and courteous

Chris from Benjamin Franklin just spent an entire day replacing all my faucets, which were in terrible shape and required a lot of extra heft and patience He not only is extremely skilled and knowledgeable, but he did an excellent job and was wonderful explaining the problems Three cheers for Chris!
