I have had AT&T internet for a year, I decided to get a wireless account with them when I went in they said I could combine my bills after days and got me all set up on an accountI then discovered I could not combine bills and after calls to the number and a store visit they managed to find out that somehow my social security number was wrong on my wireless accountThe store said they could not help me and to cal the number, when I got home I called and they said I had to fix it in store I explained that was not what the store said and I called the store who disagreed and had me call the number againA representative then called another store and had me go there to get it fixedThey closed the old account and opened a new one thought I was all set, then When we went to add my husband on the account from his account they said my account was frozen because they did not set it up correctly so we once again had to make a new accountthe store said they were getting the previous account waived since I had it for a few daysthey never waived it and I called to pay the accounts and they could only find one with the right social number for me to pay and said not to worry about the other onetwo months later after not getting a bill for that account I could not pay I got notice I was going to be sent to collections for itI had to call and make them figure it outAfter the company made so many mistakes and I kept calling trying to pay it I have decided I will not be renewing with them when my contract is up due to their attitude with the situation and not being able to give me a solution for days on end

My Directv Now cable streaming service is not reliable It constantly freezes, there's a delay when changing channels and ESPN watch does not work
For the past months i've contacted AT&T Directv Now about these on-going issues All they tell me is that the problem has been escalated and will be fixedI get no confirmation or follow-up I've spent countless hours trying to remedy the issue with customer service chat line, since that's the only method of communication Until today nothing has been resolved only empty promises I've even had to pay for another cable television service since Directv Now is not reliable and i've had to waste more money than I should since i'm already paying for this service
