I had my AT&T service turned off in mid May I returned all the equipment to them I have called three times and they continue to have the service as active with a growing bill (now at $378.50) I spoke to [redacted] in July and he assured me this would be taken care of and the service was turned off This is exactly the reason I terminated service with AT&T after many, many years of service It is impossible to get a hold of someone who knows what they are doing and can follow through The woman I spoke with before [redacted] assured me the same service - but did not follow through at all.Having these accounts handled by call centers outside the USA is doing more damage than good for business I will never have AT&T service again Account_Number: [redacted]
I was charged four fees that should be refundedI specifically requested the bill be sent to my address which is was not I was not sure when my bill was due and my service was turned off I called, payed the amount due and asked for the bill be sent to my address, they told me it was sent to my billing address not my service address and they would change that I didn't get any bill in the mail and the next month my service goes off again, same issue, I paid the bill the same day I called and asked why I never received a bill, which I requested twice and was told that everyone is enrolled in EbillingI informed them that not only did I request to have the bill physically sent when I signed up but after I didn't receive it I made sure they would sent it to my service address I was told after the fact that every time my service was turned off I was charged around $in fees I understand that AT&T is a huge company and $doesn't matter to them, but it effects me and my family My hope is that they would at least credit my account for the fees that I should not have incurred if they would have done what I requested

I have had the worst experience with this company. In the last 2 months they have done nothing but screw me over. I didn't have service for over 2 weeks U-Verse or internet. I had someone at my house almost for 2 weeks "trying to fix it", then turns around and tears my yard up and leaves huge rocks everywhere. I call to get the usage for those days credited and one person tells me $92 and another tells me $64 some dollars. Then guess what, never credits my account and then charges me a late fee because it wasn't paid. Now, because of that and I have called complaining they have shut the service off. This is a month and the "past due" amount of what was supposed to be credited by the company. Looked at the bill after all the calls and STILL NOT CREDITED!!!!! AT&T representative [redacted] came by my house asking if I wanted to switch from Direct TV to UVerse. I was dissatisfied with Direct TV and we filled out paperwork for UVerse. He told me to call Direct TV myself once UVerse was hooked up. I did & was told their was a 244 early termination fee. I called Rob. He said he could get the fee waived. He didn't.
