ATT Business- received a charge for 330$ for early termination of phone line. Line terminated as the first bill was not the same as what I was quoted. An early termination notice was not discussed when the account was set up. They say it is sent out in the fine print of an email. I would highly recommend you consider another provider as ATT has dishonest sales tactics and poor customer service.

I have contacted AT&T on over eight occasions within the past six months to fix the pricing of the bill. Nothing has been done. I have contacted AT&T on seven occasions and spoken with representatives who apologize for the billing errors in my account. Two managers, on separate locations, have stated that they will guarantee pricing of $99 for my account in full, with DirecTv and AT&T services, lasting 12 months from the call that was placed. These tapes are in the call log of AT&T and noted now as closed cases with no follow up action completed. They have told me multiple times that AT&T will respond to the open cases in 7-10 days via phone. These cases were opened in September and early November of 2017. There has been no follow up action to notify me of any change and my account is still incorrect. It is now 6 months later.

If I have a chance to leave 0 Star I would 100% do it. First of all, I am a business owner and I AT&T for my business phone line and internet for the last 10 years since there was no other company that have service here in my area. 10 days ago my business phone line was cut for some reason and tried to call At&t to get it fixed, I called them 5 times and every single time I waited 30 mins and then they cut me off so I decided to go online to schedule for a service and finally they scheduled me for a date to fix it and they DID NOT come out or give me a call at all. So I tried to called again to see what's going on and they finally answer after 20' of wait time and then they put me on hold again and cut me off. What kind of service is this? As a business owner, phone service is a very must have, without the phone I lose business. And there it is, AT&T at very best of NOT resolving customer problems. I have Comcast at home and I swear to God they answer my call within 2 mins and get my problems fixed every time, and if some how one day Comcast have service in my area I will never ever ever have At&t for my personal or business service again.

I called to cancel my AT&T U-Verse service on January 4, 2016. I am still being billed for this service despite following AT&T's instructions. I called on January 4, 2016 to cancel my internet service. I was given instructions to take the equipment to any AT&T store and they would cancel the service. I took the equipment to the AT&T store in Paddock Shops in Louisville. I was told that AT&T had misinformed me about the procedure and that I was to take the equipment to any UPS store and give them my AT&T account number. The equipment would be shipped to AT&T and once received my account would be closed. I went across the street to the UPS store in Avish Gardens shopping plaza and the equipment was turned over and shipped to AT&T at that time. My time with thus company has been terrible.... they have repeatedly messed up on my bill over the years and and we will have to argue each month to get the problem fixed that was supposedly fix the month prior. This year has brought a whole new but if crazy to the game though.... I had spoken with a rep a few months ago and she offered me the internet and cable package, but I declined. Come to find out the rep edited my account without my consent and charged me for it the next month anyway. Well I called and argued with them to have it taken off only to be told "I am sorry. We do not offer that original plan anymore." I kept arguing and they finally fixed it, or so I thought. They today I found out my bill is supposed to be $115 and some change, but no, it is $143!! I call at&t and argue on the phone with multiple Representatives, that state they only thing they can do to fix this is give me s plan that is $10 less at $133 per month and they will not credit me the $10 difference for thus month. So, I am basically being chastised for some unethical representative that edited my account and added to my bill without my consent and apparently there's nothing they can do about it... Supposedly, they are going to have a manager call me back as soon as they can, but we all know how that really goes.... As soon as my cell phone that is financed through them is paid off I'm leaving and I'm done. I also let the representative that I was talking to know that I won't pay the extra $10 and if they want they can discuss it with me in court. I understand that it seems unreasonable to argue about $10, but it is the principle of the matter. I honestly am floored that they have an A+ rating on the BBB with how many negative comments I've seen on this page, alone... Working with AT&T goes about as well as arguing with the IRS, you don't get anywhere and you still get screwed, and any complaints you have fall on deaf ears...

I had my ATT & DirecTV combined and never had any problem until I received a past due notice for the $payment that was due on 8/ I looked at my bank statement and saw that $was paid to AT$T on 8/7, so I called DirecTV and was told that all billing question had to go through AT&T since all payments went through them, so I called AT&T They told me that the $they ware paid on 8/covered the billing period of 6/- 7/15/17for AT&T, but the billing period for my DirecTV account's billing period was for 6/16/-07/15, of 7/15-8/so they did not owe DirecTV the $that DirecTV stated was past due as of 8/so they interrupted my serviceI went ahead and paid the $because I did not want this issue to effect my creditThe most confusing part is that AT&T showed the billing period for DirecTV as 6/16-7/15, yet DirecTV's bill shows the billing period of 7/-8/I have gone back and forth with AT&T about this bill I know it may not seem like a lot t

AT&T U-Verse Television Fraud From March 10th, through August 30th, I was defrauded and forced to pay $for services unrendered by AT&T U-Verse Television After signing up for and paying installation fees for AT&T U-Verse Television service beginning on 3/10/16, the service was consistently and almost continuously blacked out No channels were accessible, nor were most of our recordings Equipment was exchanged on multiple occasions without remedy I complained to AT&T numerous times, all of which I've documented, as well as scheduled multiple technician appointments with AT&T - all of which cost me billable work hours and never fixed the issue At no point did AT&T offer an explanation for the complete lack of service, nor did they offer any refund for not delivering their services In fact, I was constantly assured the service would then work - and it never did Despite all this, I paid each and every bill on time and never carried any balance on my acco
