I'm writing this complaint because At&t continues to send me a bill for $and I no longer have service with themEvery time I call and complain about this bill they state I shouldn't pay it and that they will take care of it and the next bill I receive will show a balance This isn't true I keep receiving bills and this problem hasn't been fixed My service was on hold for moths from July 2016-October and I canceled services with AT&T in October of and no one at AT&T can find my account but yet I keep getting a bill This issue has been extremely time consuming and tiring going back and forth with a company that has no idea where the $charge is coming from and why I'm being charged
I no longer have service with AT&T, therefore I do not owe them anymore money I truly just need them to remove this bill and no longer bill me for something I don't owe and for a company I no longer have service with

Deceitful practices by multiple phone sales agents On May 23rd, was told by a sales rep over the chat that I would qualify for a 25% discount on an Apple Watch Series Called the following day, and "sales agent" on the phone reiterated what I was told the previous day, as long as I ordered the watch using the payment plan, placed the order on the phone, and when I was being charged for the tax, I noticed that I was being charged tax on the full price of the watch, and not the 25% discounted pricei asked the agent why that was the case, was told by agent that they needed to charge the tax on the full price (this seemed odd), paid the tax on the full price, and requested confirmation on the sale price, was told over the phone that it was $when applying the discountreceived the watch on 5/25, and noticed that the invoice was at the full price, and called "customer service" one more time to find out what was going onwas told (lied) by agent that the discount would only be applied after I activated the lineline was activated within an hourcalled "customer service" on 5/when I noticed the "famous discount" was not appliedwas told by agent that unfortunately the "discount" does not apply to the apple watch series agent apologized, and said to make good on the promise, my account would be credited the difference by 5/5/came and went and no credit was applied to accountcalled customer service once again on to find out what was going and was told that they could not apply any credits to my account, as the watch did not qualify for any discounts, but that if I liked, I had until 6/to return the watch for a full credit, and that no additional charges would be incurred by menew at&t bill has a charge of $for activation fee, apple watch access fee, government fees and taxesTHE LIES CONTINUE!

On 3/9/at AT&T Store No3127, customer service rep Lauren Wtold me that the new Phoenix cell fone I was purchasing was available for unlocking because I had been an AT&T Prepaid (Gophone) customer for 5+ years I indicated this was a key point in my making the decision to buy this phone She looked at her tablet and said that, yes, I could unlock it I purchased the phone in full
Unfortunately, since this phone has less than months service both the online site and the AT&T Unlock service (CASE: ***) say the phone is NOT eligible for unlocking until I've had it months - regardless of being a fully paid customer for 5+ years
I feel I was grossly misinformed at the store I want AT&T to provide an unlock code for this phone as I was told would be possible by the customer service rep
