Today I received my home phone bill from ATT billing me for a service I didn't even knew it existed which is the *i called customer service to ask why they were billing me $for a service I have never used! They advice I used call trace, I told them if I did use it I needed to see the number I traced, I found out that after you use this service, it has to be reported to the authorities for harassing calls, I told the rep I have never had to report any calls to no police, I challenge them to show me the number I have supposedly track, the rep told me she wasn't able to give me that information over the phone, but I was able to see it onlineWhen I opened the billing and usage page and scroll all the way to the date and time to see the supposed number I traced there was no information there!!! no number but of course there was the $chargeWhen I question and challenge her that I wasn't able to see the information she kept repeating back to me that they were not able to remove the charge, I asked for a supervisor and after more than min hold the rep came online to tell me they were all in a meeting and to call back tomorrowis that how ATT treat their loyal customers? my payment is always on time but i'm very happy I only have a few months until my contract expires and ATT is out! Great Job to AT&T for treating customers they way they did to me over the phone today it was definitely an eye opener can not wait till February i'll be dropping your service!

Why am I being charged a Tax and a Equalization fee from states and counties? How am I being charge a state tax for Texas? Texas has no state tax Why is there a Cost recovery charge, State Cost Recovery Charge, and a Municipal Right of Way fee, CA Advance Service Fund, CHCF A fee, Relay Fund, Teleconnect Fund, Universal Lifeline fee, Federal Universal Service Charge and State Public Utility Surcharge fee, all of this times for each phone lineFor Uverse - Regulatory Video Recovery fee, State Recovery fee, Local Video Facilities fee, Video Franchise fee, TX State tax fee, Local Tax fee, Non of which I authorized and the promos were not suppose to drop until Jan The internet has its own taxesI would switch but in my location AT&T is the only provider available(ILLEGAL MONOPOLY?)
Every customer service rep is rude, they lie and say they are managers when I know they are not because I spoke to the same rep a week ago Supposed managers Crystal, Ben and Julian are in fact heinous people who have no regard for human beingsThey are rude, disrespectful, hateful and blatant liarsPretending as if they are typing and changing information and taking notesI am always transferred to nobody, or disconnected with no call back, why even ask for my number? Yet each week I call wasting hours and not one thing is noted in my account and my bill has not changed except for an increase and late charges
The past months I have been told my information and complaint is being taken seriouslyThey are sending it to the " back office to be investigatedAnd a manager will call me the next business day" This is hilarious, the back office?? Needless to say I have NEVER received a call from a "manager" and ATT is still fraudulently charging and stealing from me
Is there recourse? Do we as consumers have any rights? Or is AT&T to big and money powerful that nobody gives a st how they rob customers?

I ordered Direct TV and was told that I would receive two gift cards, one for for the computer and one for for direct tvI received a email stating that the cards would be delivered on the fourthI called and was told that the cards were delivered on the 29th of December and was activatedI asked how they were activated and was told by someone having my zip codeI went to the postal services and was asked for a tracking number and I called direct tv and was told that they do not have tracking numbersI think that was poor managementI have called several times.I think that there should be a better way for the consumer to have this processI do have a secret number on my cell phone.I was told because the cards were sent to my address Direct Tv have done all they were suppose to doThey could have never got to my address

Absolutely the WORST security system I've ever had! As soon as I got the security November it wasn't workingAbout days after, someone broke into my home and IT DID NOT GO OF! I called them, waited on hold for ONE HOUR AND SEVENTEEN MINUTES before someone answered!!!! They "did a system reboot" then a week later someone broke into my husband's car!!! THE CAMERAS DIDN'T CATCH ANYTHING!!!!!!!!! but I can receive text messages about a dang shadow that the motion detector is picking up but when I actually need you to catch something you DONT!!!! then I intentionally set my alarm off!! NO CALL NO TEXT MESSAGE NOTHING!!!!! I ENDED UP CALLING THEM LIKE UUUUHH HELLO!!! DO YOU NOT SEE MY ALARM GOING OFF????!?!??!?!? So they come out to "service" the security again and as he leaves the system keeps saying command failed and system errorLike WTF! SO I sit on hold with a tech guy for another mins and "reboot" it againAll goes well for about weeksI paid off the installation but then receive a bill for $when it should be $Call billing department and wait another FIFTYNINE MINUTES before someone answers!!! They are currently trying to fix my bill but I am thoroughly aggravated!!!!! GET IT TOGETHER AT&T!!!!

The sales person gave incorrect information She told us we had to switch to Uverse that everyone is being switched and if we switched now we wouldn't get charge large amount later A technician was scheduled on Friday at the end of our business day (although I gave hours of operation) He was inexperienced according to him He was not able to finish before we closed so he left us without service We called to get the issue solved and a different technician was sent Saturday again in the afternoon He got here at 215, said it was going to take him hours to figure out what the other person did so he left without fixing anythingI called and the first person told me it was not a Uverse problem that we didn't have service set up until Oct 7th now They told me to call AT&T I did and they said they did not unhook the phone and it was not their problem

I have an "Unlimited" data plan with AT&T and would just like to say that it's unlimited to a pointOne you reach a limit set by AT&T, they will slow down and occasionally stop your data usageTheir in store and over the phone customer service is garbage
