I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I would like for them to be on notice that their business practices are not up to part. They need to do a better job in disclosing fees whenever a customer rents a vehicle. My agreement with [redacted] didn't indicate a third party charge nor the fact that a Plate Pass was installed on the car for which I was going to incur additional fees.

10 days for a resolution. As of 8/14, we do not have a record of receiving the documentation that you provided. After researching your account, we see that the two tolls incurred during the rental period were recorded by a transponder that was incorrectly linked to this plate. The [redacted] Tollway sends ATS electronic files of these tolls and the violation numbers are not in the same format as standard paper invoices. A full refund of $33.75 has been applied to your account and you should see the funds credited back to your card in 3-5 business days. I would like to have there proof of documentation as to why I was harassed about a rental car I rented going through a toll. To me it was nothing but harassement and I need to show I was somewhere else.
