reimbursement for overcharges!!!
After the rental car contract, I found out that driving a car in NYC is terrible idea due to the traffic, parking fee so I decided to use the public transport. So I had to pass tolls only twice between the Newark airport and my hotel in Carlstadt which is a 30 minute drive. I missed one toll fee, which was $3 by a cashless toll. However the ATS Processing Service billed me $97.45 which is 3248% overcharge! They must reimburse the overcharge!

Why the extra charge
Not knowing I had a toll charge I was surprised to get a letter in the mail for $8.82 toll amount and $15 admin fee. I would have gladly paid the toll at time of returning the car if someone had told me. Now, I'm being told that the charge is $44 and change and deadline to pay was moved up somehow. I'd like to discuss this with someone. Fox Rental is very deceptive and seems ATS may be as well. I would like this corrected ASAP. Thank you

Being billed despite prompt dispute
I followed the rules and disputed with LA county before the due date for the traffic violation. When a determination was made, I paid the bill right away. I should not be charged an extra $30 fee to ATS on top of the $93 I already had to pay. I paid hundreds for the rental and should not be charged anymore. Hertz did not tell me about this ATS charge. ATS tried to charge me without even notifying me first. This is a scam. I would have paid the violation right away if I knew I would be receiving unnecessary fees from ATS. I am requesting that the $30 fee be waived as I am a responsible renter. Also, ATS has been sending my mail to the wrong address.
