Athena took over the life insurance policy we have had for over 20 years. My policy has been in "transition" for the last two years. My wife's is supposedly in place. Whenever I call, I cannot talk to anyone. I tried the Des Moines Number. They answer, but have no info. I can never get a hold of anyone to find out update.
