*** Dear Revdex.com: Thank you for taking the time to contact our office with the consumer’s concerns. American Medical Response values our customers, and strives to provide quality service The concerns raised have been investigated by our Operations office. After a complete review of the incident, it has been determined that appropriate care and transportation was provided. American Medical Response was dispatched through the system and responded to an emergency call. Since *** *** *** was on redirect, appropriate EMS protocols were followed, and our ambulance crew transported the patient to the closest available facility Due to the miscommunication and in an effort to maintain customer service satisfaction, Operations has agreed to waive the balance due for the second transport. At this time, we have cancelled the account from collections and requested any negative credit reporting be removed. A claim will be filed with the consumer’s insurance carrier for the initial transport, and the account will remain on hold pending a response from the consumer’s insurance. Should the consumer have any further questions or concerns, I may be contacted directly at *** ***. Sincerely, *** *** Patient AdvocateAmerican Medical Response
We received a bill for the ambulance service that we did not use Services were rendered on June 1, and it was not usWe have not needed any handyman services ever The bill is getting ready to be turned over to collections it has our address but it's not us They said they sent us a letter saying that we were past due which we never got for services that we never usedWe now have a pre-collection notice This is a mail fraud
FIRST, why do you have them with a 100% rating when they have ONLY reviews and they are all BAD!!
Even if they are not a member with Revdex.com, and why would they be they know their business practices couldn't keep a license if ANY AGENCY IN OHIO, COLORADO, NEVADA would take the initiative to make them correct their problems
I was taken to the hospital here in las vegas, was charged an un-godly amount, they over charged meI payed the bill and after the insurance company payed them several MONTHS later they finally refunded me the overpayed amount I payed them AND TOLD THEM I WAS OVER PAYING WHEN THEY INSISTED I PAY OR THEY WERE TURNING IT OVER TO COLLECTION AGENCYYou allow these companies to threaten poor people and they do turn them in, these people get a poor credit rating AND IT'S NOT EVEN THEIR FAULT HALF THE TIME WITH THESE TYPES OF COMPANIES!!! Now I have called them, I sent in my payment certified letter and ask them and wrote them a 3rd time asking for a copy of the report
I never received a bill from AMR, and they sent the bill to collections in less than days from the date of serviceThey refuse to provide me with copies of the correspondence that they claim was sent to my houseSending an item to collections after less than days seems like an illegitimate business practice, particularly considering that the cannot provide any evidence that a bill was ever sent to me
Their service is absolutely terrible The medic was suppose to do an IV on my son for his transport to a different hospital, the reason for the transport, the medic never did They then sent my bill to collections eventhough I never received a bill, they were sending the bill to an old address, they obviously were too lazy to update their account info with my new address, their customer support is in a different country and they are absolutely worthless in helping you Would never ever recommend using their service
I was transported to the ER via ambulance on 8/17/I provided my insurance card to the paramedics at the time of serviceI then received a bill for $about one month laterI called to inquire about the bill and was told that my insurance was not contracted with the ambulance companyI asked that the rep verify the insurance they billed and it was the insurance company I had last yearI provided the correct information AGAIN and I again received another bill stating the same thing "not contracted." Called again and asked that they verify the insurance they billed and was told the insurance I had last yearAgain provided my insurance information and again received a billCalled my insurance company who informed me that they had not received any claims from Rural MetroMy insurance rep called Rural Metro for me and found out that they were billing the incorrect address though I had provided the complete billing information on two separate occasions to two separate repsRece

Revdex.com Case#: *** Dear Revdex.com: Thank you for taking the time to contact our office with the consumer’s concerns. American Medical Response (AMR) values our customers, and strives to provide quality service AMR contacted the consumer by phone and discussed his concerns. It has been determined that all charges invoiced to the consumer are both valid and correct. Ambulance provider fees typically include a base charge for the transport, a mileage fee and any applicable ancillary charges. We understand medical expenses are unexpected and can cause hardship, and will mail a Compassionate Care application to the consumer for assistance on the balance due. Once the application is received and processed, a letter will be mailed to the consumer with regards to the determination Should the consumer have any further questions or concerns, I may be contacted directly at *** *** *** Sincerely, *** ***

Revdex.com Case#: *** Dear Revdex.com: Thank you for taking the time to contact our office with the consumer’s concerns. American Medical Response (AMR) values our customers, and strives to provide quality service AMR reviewed the consumer’s account and determined billing is appropriate based on the rates in the area where services were rendered. Our rates are competitive for the consumer’s community and meet all applicable local, state and federal limitations. AMR may provide reduced cost health care services to patients who are uninsured or underinsured, and able to provide documentation of hardship. Based off the documentation received, the application was denied due to the consumer’s income exceeding the program’s guidelines. A determination letter was mailed to the consumer on 11/22/2017, which also extended available payment options. Unfortunately, a payment arrangement was not established, and the billing cycle continued, ultimately resulting in collection activity. Any further communication received did not provide sustainable documentation for reconsideration of the program. At this time, the consumer may submit their last three months of paystubs for review. A letter will be mailed to the consumer with regards to the determination Should the consumer have any further questions or concerns, I may be contacted directly at (*** ***.
