After almost six weeks of waiting, speaking to the regional manager a few times, calling every store near me, after being quoted three weeks for delivery after purchase, I'm done . Three thousand dollars was spent on total, and we still have not one piece of our five piece King bed set, or our mattress . I'm *** . There has been next to NOTHING for communication, when I've reached out to the regional manager Cana, she gave me some half *** voicemail in return, I've been sent in a wild goose chase to even find this woman . Plenty of friends and even strangers are now aware of the *** service that American Freight has to offer to anyone who actually makes them money. And I am not the one. Already done a review on their page with much more detail, but I'm sure it won't make it to the public because there's literally proof of my communication to them with nothing in return . So . Have fun getting out of the hot water on this one, American Freight . Many people in Delaware and Dublin have changed their minds on the business they will be choosing to finish their homes .

I apologize for my profane language, but I don't think anyone but me and my family understand how absolutely frustrating this has been. Our kids are waiting to get settled in our home and we can't until we have this bed.

I purchased the Peoria living room set and recliner from their Huntington WV store. They got the item in stock within the 6 weeks as promised. They even held it for me until the remodeling of my family room was complete. When I went to pick it up they helped load it in the back of the truck. The furniture made it to the loading dock in excellent condition and the quality is great ! Cannot beat American Freight for quality furniture at a great price !!

In the store itself I was helped by some of the best salesman. They weren't pushy and gave me options. What sucks is they don't tell you upfront that they don't have full sets of furniture there in the store until you are ready to buy, then when you are finalizing it the break the news that they are missing items and it will be about a month till they get those items. In addition the delivery service makes the whole process even worse, you have to pay the drivers cash and items show up broken and abused and no one cares at all and it's a headache to get things corrected. The drivers don't care if they make it on time or even if they show up at all and I spent a whole day at home waiting and never got partner my order that is coming at different times and expected to get between $35-$45 cash each time.
All in all I don't recommend shopping here because they don't value the customer at all and it's just sad.

I went to American Freight towards the beginning of April to get a twin plush memory foam mattress. They didn’t have any in stock, saying it has to be special ordered. 4 week wait. So I chose the lease to own since they go by the paycheck. 4 weeks time is up and I hear nothing, not a word. So in I go to inquire about it on May 2nd. My sales guy, Lance, has another sales lady call the lady who handles special orders. That lady informs her that she didn’t get my order until a week before and that I would have to wait another month if I wanted it. Which I opted to. We had to redo my contract since I never received the mattress and I thought everything went well. Wrong! I went in on Saturday May 26th to find out it never came in on the truck the week before. I was livid. Ready to cancel everything. My guy Lance found another store in town that has my mattress. Here it is Wednesday. Not heard a thing. Me myself and I will have to go in just to find out what is going on. That’s not how a business should be. Me going in. The lady who handles the special orders should not be employed as she obviously doesn’t care. I plan on going in Friday, AGAIN, after work. If nothing is resolved, I am canceling my order completely and will tell anyone who’ll listen, not to do business with American Freight. I just want to have the mattress I ordered. It’s that simple.

I really enjoyed coming to this store they were very helpful very knowledgeable they gave great discount very friendly very helpful a great place to come and get your new furniture

I purchased a couch from them a year ago at their store in Lafayette, Indiana. I paid for the couch in full with cash. After only having the couch for a month, it started to make a noise when you sat on it. Approximately 8 months later when someone sat on it, the couch completely collapsed. I went to the store and was told to submit a claim, along with pictures. I submitted the claim back in February of 2018. I was told I would hear something within 30 days. After not hearing from anyone, I finally contacted the store manager. All he will tell me is that they are "working on it." Here it is almost 3 months later and I still have a broken couch that is unsafe and that no one can sit on. I have sent multiple emails to the store manager and now I am getting no response at all. I have no idea where to go from here.I have even asked the store manager if there is someone else that I could contact and I have yet to receive a response.

We are an electrical contractor doing work out of town. We used American Freight Furniture-Mattress Store in North Richland Hills, TX. Address 8701 N. Airport FWY 76180. I discussed with Anthony that we'd like to buy 7 mattresses and 1 sofa for $1,023.00. When our electricians went to pick up the items listed above Anthony took it upon himself to up sell every single mattress. Unbeknownst to my on site employees they signed for all of this. I was unaware of this until the bill came in at OVER TRIPLE the agreed upon price $3,230.18. Once I found out about this I instructed my electrician to return all of these products and of course "All sales are final, no returns." This is the epitome of a BAIT AND SWITCH. I plan to find every message board, and review outlet I can find to make to let everyone know that this company WILL take advantage of anyone who walks in the door. I am extremely dissatisfied with the terrible customer service that Anthony has. I will make sure that as many people as possible know just how awful this company is. This is beyond being taken advantage of, it is an outright corporate rape.

This store sells cheap garbage. I bought my couch 14 months ago and the frame broke. They said it was two months over its warranty. My butt is hitting the ground.

I bought a bunkbed on 30, March. I was told it wasn't in stock and if I wanted it I would have to pay in full up front so they can order it. I paid in full that day. I was told they put it on order and it would take about 5 days. It's been 21 days so far and they still don't have it or know when they are going to get it. Their customer service skills are poor and their managers don't care. They keep passing the fault around. Never do business with them.

Great prices overall. But the catch is if you finance, after 101days they charge you an additional $6000. Most people that finance might not be able to afford these prices .If you buy, buy outright.

Purchased a sofa from their Carnegie, PA store 12/17/17. Used the financing they offer through American First Finance. Warning.....do not fall for this scam!!! None of the terms were gone over with me. I never even got paperwork regarding the finance co. Was told the first 101 days were interest free. Just checked my balance and it has only gone down $89.19. Checked my emails and did find the paperwork from the finance co in my spam folder. The finance rep forged my signature on the paperwork!! If your company is going to offer financing the terms should be reviewed with the customer before purchase! I want the company to come get their sofa and I will be stopping payment with my bank. At this point, I don't care if my credit takes a hit. SCAM!!

As for your sofa American Freight's policy is that our Sales are Final but we will replace you furniture piece if it has been delivery or picked up damaged. WENT TO WEB SITE WAS APPROVED FOR FINANCING. GOT TO THE STORE THE DONT FINANCE ONLY LEASE TO OWN.FALSE ADVERTIZING. WANTED ME TO BUY A 1200 DOLLAR COUCH AND LOVE SEAT FOR 256 DOWN AND 400 A MONTH FOR A YEAR.4800 FOR A 1200 DOLLAR COUCH IS CRAZY WORSE THAN RENT TO OWN STORES.LEFT THE STORE A SHORT TIME LATER FOUND THEY PUT UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES OF 214.12 ON MY CREDIT CARD .. WENT BACK AND TALKED TO MANAGER SAID MISTAKE AND WOULD BE CORECTED BY END OF THE DAY.WENT BACK SUNDAY TO FIND OUT WHY IT WASNT TAKEN CARE OF DIFFERENT MANAGERWOULDNT GIVE ME HIS NAME SAID IT WAS NONE OF MY BUSSINESS. TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM HE CALLED ME A *** AND TOLD ME TO LEAVE HIS STORE. I TOLD HIM I DIDNT WANT TO GO TO COURT TO GET MY MONEY HE LAUGHTED AT ME TOLD ME TO HAVE FUN CALLED ME A *** AGAIN A GET THE HELL OUT OF HIS STORE AND OFF THE PROPERTY.. Went to the store to get a mattress set. Before we went my wife called and confirmed that they did have the set we wanted at the price advertised. It’s a 30 minute drive for me so I wanted to make sure they had the set we wanted. My wife called one more time and spoke with a different person and they confirmed they had the set. Upon arrival they immediately knew who we were. They then told us what direction to go to get it. 10 minutes of looking for the sales guy shows up and says that they don’t have it. My wife says we just talked about this on the phone and you said you had the set. His reply was “let me get my manager”. He left and came back with the stock lady.(not the manager) she then says we can sell you this set right here. (This set was triple the price of the set we wanted). The lady was very rude about the whole situation and presses us to buy the more expensive set. We bought nothing from them and never will.

Buyers Beware, would never shop this place again, has been a terrible experience, on delivery day, no call and show at all, when they did deliver didn't have coffee table that we bought and to this day, over a month later still don't have the coffee table or end tables we bought, customer service has been atrocious, would not reccrecom this place to an enemy

BUYER BEWARE! If you purchase here, make sure ADAM IS NOT YOUR SALES PERSON! Request ANYONE else! Not only was he on his phone the entire time while I spent $1,600 with him, he was so rude AND... He straight up LIED to me about the frame and headboard included in the price I paid for the bed (mattress and box spring) he straight up LIED to my face and my mom as well since she was with me. ALSO, I called yesterday to mention it to the manager, Leroy (I never complain. I am a very calm person and understand things happen everywhere but this was completely unacceptable) and Leroy never called me back. I will be making a corporate complaint as well as the Revdex.com and possibly further. He was absolutely terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !
Also not to mention the tables I got were such low quality that they didn't even align when putting them together! Not low prices.... low quality!

I would steer clear of this business. I purchased a sectional from this store, I was happy with it until I realized the seams were coming apart and a spring broke loose in a cushion. The manager was great and immediately walked me through the steps to getting a new one. They assured me that the warranty was untouched, I asked if I should purchase another warranty so we were covered, they told me this was a manufacturer defect so I was fine and the warranty was still in place. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to the replacement. I sent pictures and said if we use the warranty that would be fine but now they tell me the warranty is no longer good and I am stuck with a busted sectional unless I would like to purchase another. I do not have the money to just buy another sectional, I spent about 1300 on this and the ottoman just to have a piece of junk falling apart. Do yourself a favor and go to another store, save yourself the headache

The employeesecond whom work in this store are rude especially when you items are paid off and awaiting delivery. I was told that my furniture would be delivered on storeaturday but was never given a call to confirm a time. When called we were told that it could be anytime Saturday. And they hung up this is a joke and unexceptable!!!

I just bought a couch from American Freight 4 months ago. The sales man told us that the couch we picked was puncture resistant, and that we could purchase a protection plan that covers and stains, holes and tears caused by animal or human bodily fluids and even cat scratches, etc. Well, its only been 4 months and the fabric on the cushions are splitting in multiple areas!!! I called the protection plan company and tried to file a claim since our salesperson assured us that it would cover this sort of thing. My claim was denied immediately!!! The plan only covers holes/tears if it was an "accident" and since I "did not know how the tears got there, it is not an accident"!!! I don't know who I am more upset with, our salesperson that sold us an $800 couch with a protection plan that we were told would cover everything, or the protection plan people who cover virtually nothing!!! I am so frustrated that I just spent almost $1000 on a couch that is falling apart after only 4 months!!

We apologies for any and all miss communications! Our Regional Manager has contact this customer and has explained our warranty in detail and has placed a claim with the manufacture for a replacement. American Freight offered the customer a refund for this warranty but the customer declined.

Ive been shopping around for furniture in Rockford this being my first purchase for all new furniture for myself so Ive been to quite a few stores and back and forth a few times but I ended up at American Freight in Loves Park where I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was asked my needs but I was just doing homework for my new furniture and I really just wanted to check prices which were definitely in my budget I felt no pressure to buy like I did at a few other places ive been to I actually found my new couch set kitchen table and new queen size mattress I really enjoyed my experience there all the employees seemed really fun and had a good time with me im just glad they were patient with me this was a big first time purchase for me I definitely recommend them thank you guys
