*** *** is a client who was transferred to my agency from an exiting agent earlier in 2015. His policies are with a company we use through our Brokerage and Alliances Division called *** ***. We had no record in our agency that *** was a client until he contacted us.
We have only had a couple of interaction with him. Each and every time that he has called or stopped by, we have taken care of him or his call has been returned. He has primarily worked with my Office Manager, Diareni Gomez. The following is her statement, regarding our agency’s interactions with *** ***“*** initially came in the office because he received a notice of cancellation from *** *** advised that he changed bank accounts and that he completely forgot to update his new bank account with his insurance companyThen I called *** *** to inquire on how to update thisThey sent me the form and I filled it out with *** here in the agency, he signed it and I faxed it to the company*** also made a replacement payment for the amount that was still due at the timeI processed that via *** ***’s online website*** was now set up for automatic payments with his new account and everything was fineA few weeks later *** came in the office, but this time *** said he received another noticeI called *** *** to get clarification with the letter he receivedIt looks like this letter was his renewal notice and had the amount to pay in full or amount for monthly installments*** decided to make a payment in full, him and his wife were at my desk and I processed a payment with the checking account information that he provided while they were sitting at my desk and gave him his receipt“

I apologize, I missed the original email that was sent. I have responded to the consumer and noted that a followup from American Family representative would be in touch. I advised her that we, as an agency has been very involved in the process but ultimately, we can not settle a claim

insurance is provided (which we did not have initially), the household member can be listed as non-operatorOtherwise, an exclusion could possibly be offered in the event the household member has a driving record which warrants it, which your brother did notThis leaves the last scenario and that is to list the household member as a potential driverIf we could have left your brother off the policy we would have, I promise! I am rejecting this response because: This so called home inspection company is doing nothing more than using a contract that’s flooded with a lot of words and restrictions that most people read pastBecause we as consumers put our trust in a company that supposed to be looking after our best interestIf they want to start quoting text from their contracts then quote this one directly from their web page: Satisfaction Guarantee if at any time during the inspection you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will either make it right or we will refund the inspection fee It’s quite obvious that these people are going to continue to evade the fact that they missed a defect that they were paid to uncoverThey continue to deny it was there before the inspection, when confronted with irrefutable proof (a time stamped picture and a statement signed by the previous owners stating the crack has been there for years) they throw out accusations of fraud and conspiracyIf they’re such a stickler for contract then at the very least return my inspection fee and I’ll have to live with the fact that their incompetence cost me a couple thousand dollarsAlso please record and make a note about how this business has treated us clients

Well then all the extra money I had to spend because of your mistake it's just to bad is what your saying it's to bad your company will not make things right so I'm giving you an F and I will be sure to tell everyone I know just what you did and I will make sure that every news outlets know this also so they can tell people what you do to your policy holders but it don't surprise me at all that you're company takes advantage of people on a budget and on a fixed income
