Dear American Airlines I appreciate your candid response. It has taken 3 complaints on your website, and submitting a complaint...
through Revdex.com for you to dignify me with a phone call. And that phone call was only "to follow procedure", as the representative told me, but not to offer any further explanation or additional compensation. So, no you do not sympathize with my experience, and you have proven time and again that you do not care about your customers. I am not asking for a special treatment because I am a Platinum member for life, after flown more than 2 million miles. I am demanding a reasonable compensation to make up for my terrible experience.I respectfully decline your response and offered compensation of 15,000 miles. The minimum compensation I am willing to accept is USD 1,000 or 100,000 miles. Thank you[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I was never advised of this policy until after the hockey stick was broken. Best practice would have been when you took more of my money for...
a baggage fee, explaining that a hard case would be the only way your airline would take responsibility for anything broken by the mistreatmemt of my belongings. Instead, your airlines mishandled my baggage and took zero responsibility. I will do my best, and have thus far, to never utilize your airline again.

I am rejecting this response because:I received no correspondence or rectification of my issue from American Airlines. It appears that they would like to close the issue with no action and no correspondence. That is not acceptable.
