am rejecting this response because: I have previously wrote in detail what happened when I used american airlines for travel. Which was more than four instances bad attitudes, refusal to assist, lost baggage and delayed flight. For that I was offered travel miles, approx vale $60. When I rejected that offer, they retracted that offer and stated they were closing the case on their end. They never contacted me again since.

I am rejecting this response because:they did contact me but only made excuses and said they were handling matters internally with no plans or ability to follow up with me. They also said that they did not owe me...
any sort of reimbursement or severance even though I had a beer dumped on me and had to deal with the discomfort of an overly drunk neighbor passenger who was disruptive and despite his drunkenness, continued to be served multiple drinks at a time by the flight attendants. It is a cop out by American Airlines to offer to useful apology. Passengers were tormented by this man, a woman was allegedly sexually assaulted by this man, and all of it could have been avoided if the flight attendants had not been negligent of their duties.
