I am rejecting this response because:I understand that I missed stating / disclosing all claims that had been filed before. However, as I have stated, and primary basis of my complaint, I did not "lie" /...
"intentionally hide" and due to high amount of travel, I honestly didn't remember what had happened with what airlines after flying in and out for 6 years. I hope AA realizes that people have other things to remember than "oh wait! I filed a claim with this airline in this year". Also, having forgotten those tiny details, should not in any way authorize AA to decline legitimate claims, those that should have never needed to be filed in the first place if AA had not mis-handled my bag and caused me immense amount of expense. That is wrong business practice, period ! If this is how any customer is treated, let alone an Executive Platinum guest of yours, we should all be truly questioning possibility of flying AA again. This is honestly shameful.

I am rejecting this response because AA just continues to re-send the text of their unsatisfactory resolution from 2015. I’m not going to change my mind that the original compensation was adequate. So unless AA would like to change that, you can just mark me down as permanently unsatisfied with the “resolution” to this issue.

Hello! I couldn't locate a place to respond on the complaint I filed. Since the time of filing the complaint, AA has...
called me and gave me two vouchers for $200 each. Not quite the cash back I wanted, but it is a nice gesture :) I am thankful for the Revdex.com because when I let them know I had filed a complaint with you, they finally took me seriously.

I am rejecting this response because: The business hasn’t even addressed my concerns with the complaint because I did NOT purchase the priority boarding, I never wanted priority...
and there was an error in the system. Their response is the same generic message they originally sent me that’s why I contacted Revdex.com.
