I am rejecting this response because:American Airlines did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to resolve the issue. They did not even attempt to resolve the issue, they simply responded by saying there is nothing they can do. Worst airline ever!

rejecting this response because:First it was a year plus until they responded to this which shows me their real concern for customer service. Secondly, their offer, although accepted was not acceptable and lacks any compassion for their customers. I will continue to not use their services and furthermore will publicly state my disdain for this company and voice my disdain to friends and relatives to not use their services

rejecting this response because: No one from American Airlines has contacted me since the incident to Apologize or to offer compensation. I have no idea how American Airlines thinks they have 'responded accordingly' when I the customer was not involved at all. Seems to me like this is simply a default proposal to close after 2 years.
