rejecting this response because:There was no refund, compensation, or even real apology given for the incompetence and irresponsibility of the planning and actions of American airlines. You stranded a paying customer in a state she's never been in and specifically told us that there would be no compensation nor would you assist in any accommodations in terms of finding a new flight that day or housing/food for the night. Luckily the airport had the grace to do so for the latter, but to say that you've "given an appropriate response" in regards to this is infuriating and insulting.

rejecting this response because:American Airlines "responded" in the most technical sense but refused to do anything to resolve my original complaint. They still have not explained why they think it was OK to fabricate the entire "insufficient travel documents" story that they told Chase Bank, or provided a refund for the unusable airfare.

I am rejecting this response because:The airline took away 235,000 miles based on their mistake.I followed up with themand with the Revdex.com and the DOT to file a complaint.Customer service tells me that they gave itvover to the security department to investigate. This is not an adequate response to my complaint. It’s been over 2 weeks already and I still have not heard from The security department. Also customer relations states in their letter that they understand that I have the email of security department and I can follow up with them. I followed up with security department many times but there was no response from them . [redacted] I will repeat what I wrote in my previous response to the Revdex.com.
