I am rejecting this response because: the suitcase that was delivered by American Airlines was missing the majority of the contents, it was almost empty. I am requesting compensation for the missing content and the unacceptable delay.

With regards to complaint [redacted] Today I have checked with my bank and can confirm that I have received a full refund of the extra fare paid, I am now satisfied with the outcome and as far as I am concerned the matter is closed.

rejecting this response because: The stewardess broke the handle off my purse and it was unable to be repaired. I had to spend time at the start of my vacation to get it fixed and not do sightseeing. This was a very expensive Brighton purse and my father gave it to me. He is now deceased and this was a very important memory.
