rejecting this response because: American Airlines did not address this issue. They did not refund me the appropriate fees aas an executive member of their airline. And they did not apologize nor explain why I, the female, was given less mikes than my male traveling partner for the same inconvenience.

I am rejecting this response because:Yes I was reimbursed for the original flight fare, which was a direct flight leaving at midnight. 1. I paid $50 to upgrade my seat separately...
after I paid for the ticket during the time of check-in. I never got reimbursed for the upgrade as the flight was cancelled.2. Letter says delays happen. This is not a delay. We waited until 2am in the morning and the crew realized that the pilot was gone. Because there was no other flight the only option was to wait until the morning and take a non-direct flight and waste the whole day instead of the original 4 hour direct flight. 3. If you leave your passengers stranded at the airport at 2 am in the morning because the assigned pilot decided to leave with the 1am flight so he can go home sooner then they should at least pay for our hotel. 4. $50 for the upgrade, $150 for the hotel and to get a direct flight with another airline I ended up paying a lot more than the AA flight, I lost a night and over $300 during this mess. AA sending me a voucher for $100 to fly with them again is an insult and considering this issue a 'flight delay' is the proof that they didn't even read my complaint. Flight didn't delay it was cancelled and a non-direct flight option was offered which was going to depart 8 hours after the original direct flight. Best Regards, [redacted]

rejecting this response because: I purchased a ticket and IN ADDITION to the ticket for the flight, a main cabin extra seat. The service/product called "main cabin extra" cost an extra $48.89 in addition to the ticket price. I purchased "main cabin extra" because AA advertised it at the time as a way to board earlier and be accorded extra leg room, which I enjoy immensely and am willing to pay extra for.I am not contesting the underlying ticket. I am contesting the additional product "Main Cabin Extra." That leg of my trip from DFW-TUS I was denied the extra leg room portion of the service/product "main cabin extra" because AA sat a woman with a service dog (full grown labrador retriever) next to me, and the laborador retriever spent the whole flight sitting on my shins and feet. I don't see how this was extra leg room. I just want to be reimbursed for that product, the amount $48.89. I am almost certain AA's policies don't allow an animal to be seated on any portion of any person's body - and despite mentioning this to the flight attendant, no accomodation or solution was offered, so I sat there for over 2 hours with a dog laying on my feet. I am attaching a picture, my receipt, an explanation of receipts and my ticket info. Please note the underlying ticket was purchased through a contract with the Department of Defense. I personally paid for the main cabin extra feature. I don't think the common contract for carriage permits this sort of obstruction or placement of object/animal on another passenger.

I am rejecting this response because:The response continues to be incomplete.Yes, I have finally received my bag.AA has still not addressed the issue of a refund related to my August 30, 2018 reservations made in December. While I have received an email from [redacted] dated March 6, 2018 she has not confirmed the status of that issues. I got a separate notice that the flight had been changed from arrival in Portland ME to arrive in Manchester but I do not know what that is about?

I am rejecting this response because:The monetary losses we experienced during this horrific trip were way more than just $250, between loss rental expenses, hotel expenses, meetings...
we did not attend and already paid for (none of which we were able to get reimbursed for) , and additional money spent on food during this prolonged trip. Not to mention, its $250 that we have to use with their business again. No thank you! I'd prefer to never fly through American Airlines again. The voucher also only last 1 year and I am pregnant and unable to even use this "reimbursement".

rejecting this response because: I will not accept that I was quoted one price, then charged a higher amount without any notification. I expect to be refunded the difference of $164 or compensated in miles (which, based on your buy miles policy would be about 5500 miles).
