multiple sources American Airlines is not proactive in such matters and rarely offers resolution for the customer. In the very least, I deserve compensation for a new phone in a timely manner.

I am rejecting this response because: It has taken 2 years for them to respond nothing. Just an automated response that leaves things just as they were. I would like them to go over my evidence again and re-consider providing compensation for over 10K of stolen things combined with medical expenses.

amount, I have followed the links in the letter attached by them and this offers no further information. I had already received an e-mail from [redacted] with the same information to which I replied that I will only accept a full refund of the extra fare paid for the preferential seating, to date she has not replied to me.
