I am rejecting this response because:- One year to reply to a complaint? Is this serious? What kind of business is that?- I already informed that two receipts were given to me by AA, and ALL OF THEM show a TOTAL CHARGE LOWER than what I was charged between gift cards and credit cards.- I was not reimbursed the full amount charged to my credit card, but AA never provided a receipt with the charged amount.- AA is not only the worst carrier but also the worst customer service I've ever had. One year to reply is just out of this world. And still they don't make it right. Just shutdown this business.- AA owes me money, which is increasing with interest.

rejecting this response because: Invalid solution on AA's part. I paid full price for round trip airfare. AA charged me a 2nd round trip airfare for the same ticket, when I complained I received some of the over payment. To date, still missing reimbursement on the 2nd overcharged airfare.

I am rejecting this response because: We were contacted by phone but no resolution was met. Business is trying to force a resolution that did not existed just to close the complaint. Our complaint is still valid...
until a formal written response meeting our desired resolution is met, which is full refund of our expenses, as detailed in the beginning.

I am rejecting this response because: Canceling a fight doesnt cost you any money!!!!!!! It conviently cheats your customer for AA to pocket the money they spent on that leg of the flight. I spent 200.00 getting home and your lousy overpriced, price gouging, sy customer service of an airline doesnt care and wont reimburse me. The lady over the intercom said they would reimburse passengers only to avoid protest. If I ever see an AA flight canceled with a representitive boldy lying to all the customers again I will cause an uprising!! This flight # should be under investigation as it conviently cancels that leg from LAX to San Diego routinely. My family and friends have all been affected and your poor excuse of a voucher does nothing for me as I will never fly with your sy service again. Luckily, I'm in the travel industry and have already started a petion and urged clients not to fly with AA.

I am rejecting this response because: the referenced document is th exact source of my complaint. The American Airlines agents in Shannon identified that American Airlines was at fault...
for the cancellation, that our out of pocket travel costs would be refunded, and that’s we should contact American for reimbursement. The referenced response claims weather as the reason and claims they will not reimburse. They made a promise to customers and are not living up to it. I view this as unethical and fraudulent. Simply copying the referenced letter as a response shows they give little thought to the issue. I expect a real response if the company stands behind their product and cares about customers.

I no know what I could have and request a refund with should post to my debit card by next week...
